I have been wearing Britney Spears Fragrances since I was a teenager, so I always feel a sense of nostalgia when she releases a new one. This month saw the debut of her most recent fragrance, VIP Private Show, in which Britney channelled her incredible stage presence and love of performing in her most personal fragrance yet.
Taking inspiration from the thrill of being up-close and personal with the world famous start, VIP Private Show is a seductive, fruity oriental scent that transports you to a place of magic and excitement. Delectable fruits combined with lush, fresh florals and velvety musks create this stunning scent a combination of fresh femininity and raw sex appeal.
Top Notes: Addictive blood orange dances with succulent red apple and delicious mango nectar for a burst of lush sweetness.
Middle Notes: At the centre, violet blossom flirts with a gorgeous bouquet of orange blossom and magnolia to create floral femininity.
Base Notes: The fragrance ends with a sensual blend of raspberry wood, golden amber and velvet musk.
Overall, it is quite a girly scent, yet with a hint of woody, sensual, maturity, and it could be worn day or night. When first applied, you get an almost sparkly scent, full of scrumptious fruits, and it lingers on the skin with a warm musky scent.
The bottle itself is the same design as some of Britney's other perfumes, except this one has a clear bottle, with a pink tinted perfume, and a gold glittery lid, and I adore it!
Britney Spears VIP Private Show Eau de Parfum costs £40 for 100ml and is available in-store and online at retailers such as Boots and Superdrug.
