Current Faves: Haircare

I am lucky enough to be able to try out so many wonderful, and some not-so-wonderful products as a blogger, and today I am sharing with you three of my current favourite haircare products, the ones which I have been reaching for a LOT lately…

Because I wasn’t physically able to take extra care of myself after my operation, my hair suffered quite a bit, it was so dry and knotty, that I ended up having a few inches cut off. Therefore, to ensure it continues to stay in good condition after my chop, I have been using the Noughty Intensive Care Leave-in Conditioner (£6.99). It is a 97% natural product, suitable for dry, frizzy, damaged hair as well as being able to take care of split ends. Formulated with shea butter and argan oil, this is super quenching for the hair and nourishes and protects it as well as leaving it stronger for longer. It also smells incredible! Such a treat for the hair and it doesn’t need washing out!

Due to some medication the doctor put me on after my operation, my body temperature kept soaring, as delightful as this all doesn’t sound, it meant my head would also get quite hot and so my hair ended up going frizzy without me even having to go out into the sunshine! So whether, like me, you can’t help the frizz, or you’re jetting off someplace warm, or have natural frizzy hair, then I absolutely recommend the TIGI Bed Head Get Twisted Anti-Frizz Finishing Spray (£13.50). This groovy-looking bottle of wonderment provides efficient humidity protection for wavy or curly hair, and can be used as a finishing touch, for a long-lasting frizz free style. It’s simple to use, spritz onto dry or wet hair, with no need to rinse out and no stickiness!

Even though I had a good few inches cut off my hair, my hair is still pretty long and the ends can still get tangled up, and something I have been loving for ridding tangles is the Sexy Hair Long Luxe Detangler Leave in Spray (£16.95). This is suitable for long hair only, but can also be used on hair extensions, and has been formulated with Moringa Oil to soften the hair and reduce tangles by up to 82%! It prevents dryness and damage on the hair and injects it with moisture for a deep, yet gentle leave in treatment. Since my operation, I have certainly realised how important it is to take care of your hair!
