Urban Decay Naked Skin Highlighting Fluids

Wednesday 2 August 2017

We all know Urban Decay is one of my all-time favourite makeup brands, as they are always coming out with something completely different, colours that are bang on trend, and of course, high quality products which actually work. One of their most recent releases is the Naked Skin Highlighting Fluid which comes in five unique shades, and we all know I love a good highlighter…
The Naked Skin Highlighting Fluid is a creamy highlighter which instantly illuminates and blurs any flaws to give you the perfect ‘Naked’ glow. The formula is sheer and weightless on the skin and blends stunningly to create a dewy, lit-from-within look, so it’s that your skin but better feeling. The formula ensures that it is perfect for all skin types and complexions and is full of subtle pearlescent pigments to diffuse the light to perfect the skin, whilst antioxidant-rich Vitamin C and Vitamin E condition and protect the skin - they’ve really thought of everything!
If you have seen the infamous Naked Skin Concealer, then these are packaged in the exact same way, making them super easy to apply, with a sponge-tipped applicator, perfect for popping in a handbag for on-the-go glamour. The Highlighting Fluids can be used in the same way as powder highlighters, anywhere on the skin where you want to create a glow, strobed effect, such as cheekbones, bridge of the nose, Cupid’s bow, brow arches and beyond. They really do blend so easily into the skin!
Onto the shades (in the order they have been swatched)…
Aura is a warm cream with the prettiest pink shift
Fireball is a peach base with a pink shift
Luminous is a pearl white with a white/silver shift
Sin is the perfect champagne
Skywalk is a light blue with a blue-toned pearlescent shift
It is SO hard to choose, however I think that my absolute favourite has to be Sin, just because with my fair skin, it looks super pretty, but I also really love Skywalk as it is so different to any other highlight colour I have come across so far.
The Urban Decay Highlighting Fluids cost £19 each and you can find them online at Urban Decay.

All the Loves,
Kathryn x
