Father's Day Gifting With Hotter Shoes

Tuesday 4 June 2019

My Dad isn't particularly into fashion as such, but one thing he loves buying is new shoes. He has rheumatoid arthritis and he gets very painful feet and so comfortable footwear is a must for him, and so when Hotter Shoes reached out to let him choose a pair of their shoes in aid of Father's Day, he was over the moon.
I showed him how easy it is to search via category, style and collection, and after much thought he decided upon the Hotter Cruise shoes. The Cruise shoes are a great style for Summer, as they are a little like a traditional deck shoe, which a moccasin style stitch around the front of the shoe, and leather 'laces' incorporated around the back of the shoe. The Cruise shoe is available in Navy or Dark Tan and features a very sturdy, yet fairly lightweight white sole, which also has a texture underneath to help with grip.
This particular style of shoe is available in a size 6 through to a size 12, with some half sizes inbetween, so there is a great size range. My Dad is a size 10, and so we ordered a 10 and they fit him perfectly. However, this style of shoe also features Dual Fitting, which has been designed to help you customise your fit easily. Dual Fitting styles come with both a removable top insole and an under sock. To increase the width fitting, simply remove both the top insole and under sock and then replace just the top insole to give additional space. This particular feature will be so amazing for my Dad when his arthritis is playing up and his feet have swollen, which is something we haven't seen featured in any other brands.
As with all Hotter shoes, the Cruise has been made from the highest quality materials and are padded inside to give the feet extra comfort, as well as around the heel to provide plenty of support. My Dad tends to wear chinos and jeans a lot and so these will look great with those, and he can either dress them up or dress them down.
The Hotter Cruise Shoes cost £75.00 and you can find them online at Hotter here.

All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx
