The origin of the Woods of Windsor luxury bath, body and homes brand comes from a small apothecary locate in the shadow of Windsor as far back as 1770. This local apothecary served not only the townsfolk of Windsor, but also the Royal family and its distinguished visitors. In 1971 the brand successfully launched a beautiful range of perfumery products, including pot pourri and china pomanders using lavender flowers and rosebuds. Relaunched in 2016 with a beautiful new packaging design reflecting Windsor's beautiful landscape, these evocative scents will transport you to the enchanting country gardens that inspired them. The range now includes eau de toilettes, bath and shower gels, hand creams, hand washes, dusting powders and luxury soaps. With it being the Queen's Jubilee this year, I thought it the perfect time to share with you some of my favourite Woods of Windsor's products...

The Woods of Windsor Diffuser* (£15.00 for 100ml) comes in three different fragrances, and the one I have here is Citrus. This is an alcohol-free diffuser that keeps any room in the home beautifully fragranced. Featuring a citrus, fruity green floral fragrance, the scent opens with refreshing Lemon, Orange and Melon, warming into a heart of Pine, Neroli and Jasmine which settles to a musky Vanilla and Amber base. To use a diffuser, all you need to do is remove the cap from the bottle and place the aroma reeds into the bottle. The aromatic oils are absorbed up through the reeds and the fragrance is released naturally. To refresh, flip the reeds so the moist ends face upwards and replace back into the bottle. I like to keep mine at the front of the house, so that when you walk in, you are welcomed with a beautiful fragrance.

To go with the Diffuser, you can also get the Woods of Windsor Room Mist* (£10.00 for 100ml), and again in the same three fragrances - Citrus, Vanilla and Linen. This freshly fragranced room mist keeps the home smelling wonderful and I like to keep mine upstairs so that I can use it for the bathroom and also to mist onto bedding for a freshen up. The Citrus fragrance works really well for the bathroom as it is super fresh and invigorating, and whilst it is also lovely on bedsheets, I think the Linen scent would be perfect for freshening up materials such as duvets and pillow cases for in between washes.

I am not normally a Vanilla kinda gal when it comes to fragrance, as it can often be sickly sweet, but the Woods of Windsor Vanilla Candle* (£12.00 for 150g) has soon become a favourite of mine. Vanilla is a sweet gourmand fragrance that combines Hazelnut and Vanilla, opening with sweet notes of Cinnamon which warms into Hazelnut, Vanilla and Milk, settling onto a base of Caramel, Sandalwood and Vanilla. The Sandalwood ensures this is slightly muskier than your average vanilla, and it really is a great scent. The candle itself is a natural soy wax candle which will burn for up to 33 hours, but it is recommended that you burn this candle for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours to get the best from it. Don't forget to trim your wick before every use to no shorter than 1cm!

You can find Woods of Windsor online here.

Palmer's Bodycare Favourites

 *This post contains gifted items.

With the recent cold weather over the past few months, my skin has taken a battering, so I thought I would share with you some of my favourite bodycare products from Palmer's.

First up is the Palmer's Coconut Oil Body Oil* (£7.35 for 150ml), which is amazing for dry skin and even scars. It has really helped to reduce the redness around my scars so that they are less noticeable. You can apply the oil straight onto the skin using the handy nozzle or I also like to add a little of the oil to my bath so that my whole body is bathed in oil, which leaves my skin feeling super soft and nourished. The formula isn't at all greasy, and so it doesn't leave an oily residue behind, and I find that with continued use, my skin feels hydrated the next day too. If you suffer from particularly dry or irritable skin, I would highly recommend this Body Oil. Plus, it melts into the skin beautifully and so there is no need to stand around waiting for it to dry before dressing, which is always a bonus for me!

On to body lotion, and I am not going to lie, it isn't something I use both morning and evening as I use the Body Oil, and so my skin doesn't need it as much, but my moisturiser of choice is the Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Daily Body Lotion* (£5.99 for 400ml). Palmer's is such a much-loved body care brand all over the world, and you really cannot go wrong for just over a fiver for such a large bottle. This can be used all over the body to moisturise and soften the skin, and can also help smooth and blend marks and scars, so it is a little bit of a treatment product too. As I have had so much operations, I do have a lot of scars on my stomach and so it is nice to use a product that helps take care of this. It also smells incredible too - I am a sucker for anything coconut scented.

I do enjoy a body scrub! The Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Coconut Sugar Body Scrub* (£5.99) (now there's a mouthful!) is formulated with Raw Coconut Sugar to exfoliate and polish the skin, whilst also locking in moisture and softening the skin's texture. Key ingredients include ethically and sustainably sourced Coconut Oil and Tahitian Monoi Oil, infused with Tiare Flower petals and these natural ingredients deliver luxuriously rich moisturisation for pampered skin. The formula isn't harsh or overly abrasive and you simply apply a generous amount to damp skin, massaging in circular motions and then rinse thoroughly to reveal soft, smooth, beautiful skin. My legs are always Summer ready with this product!

You can find Palmer's online here.

Barry M In A Flash Quick Dry Nail Paint Review + Swatches

I have loved and collected Barry M Nail Polishes for ages, and definitely have pretty much every colour of nail polish going. Whenever they release new colours, I just have to have them! The Barry M nail polishes are pretty inexpensive and last well on my nails, and with so many amazing colours and formulas to choose from what's not to love?

One of the most recent releases is the Barry M In A Flash Quick Dry Nail Paints, which retail at just £3.99 each for 10ml. There are currently just four shades available - Teal Rush, a teal green, Pink Burst, a magenta pink, Swift Coral, a bright orange coral, and Brisk Blue, a pretty soft medium blue.

The formula is, as the name suggests, a quick drying formula, so there is no need to sit absolutely still for ages at a time, and it gives the nails a lovely, glossy finish. I know not everyone does, but for my nails, personally, I find Barry M's formula to last really well on my nails. But then other higher end brands that others find long-lasting, I don't, so just like makeup and skincare, what works for one, doesn't always work for another.

As someone who is pretty impatient at waiting for polish to dry, these are perfect for me, and I love the colours - Swift Coral and Brisk Blue being my current favourites and I hope that they release some other shades in this formula. You get a nice, flat brush to apply the polish with, so it makes it easy to keep the paint nice and neat, which we all know is normally a nightmare when you come to your dominant hand!

You can find the Barry M In A Flash Quick Dry Nail Paints online here.

Tan-Luxe The Creme Advanced Hydration Self-Tan Facial Creme Review

*This post contains a gifted item.

Tan-Luxe The Creme* (£39.00 for 65ml) is the newest release from the iconic tanning brand, and I have recently been lucky enough to try it out and tell you all about it...

The Creme comes beautifully packaged in a crisp, white presentation box which holds the tube, and then you also get a matte black tube twister to ensure you can get every last bit of Creme out of the tube. The Creme is an intensely hydrating self-tanning moisturiser that is perfect for those who find facial tanning drying on the skin. The formula is powered by proprietary Penta-Cell Complex of amino acids, antioxidants and skin identical lipids that help support daily barrier function, fight the effects of environmental aggressors and leave the skin with a beautiful sun-kissed glow.

The Creme deeply hydrates and regenerates the skin as well as providing a radiant glow and it includes potent actives such as Glycine and Leucine which restore skin elasticity so that the skin appears plumper (who needs Botox?!). It also includes a blend of hydrating powerhouses such as Squalene, Birch Bark and Rice Bran to help deliver moisture whilst deeply soothing and restoring the skin barrier for a radiant, supple finish. This revolutionary rich self-tanning cream works to repair and renew for radiant skin that not only looks great on the surface, but also glows from within.

You can use The Creme daily, by applying directly to dry, cleansed skin, massaging into the face, neck and décolleté in sweeping motions. The formula is luxuriously rich and buttery and melts seamlessly into the skin to give an instant boost of radiance as well as a gradually built tan. I love how natural this tan is, and how hydrated and smooth it makes my skin look and feel. You can build it up to your preferred shade of tan which I think is perfect as then it works for all skin tones.

You can find the Tan-Luxe The Creme online here.

The Klorane Quinine Haircare Range - Review

Thursday 28 April 2022

 *This post contains gifted items.

After my surgeries I lost a LOT of hair, it would literally come out in clumps and one haircare range which really helped is the Klorane Quinine Haircare line. This comprises of a shampoo, conditioner, serum and even a supplement. Find out why I love them so much below...

The Klorane Quinine Strengthening Shampoo* (£8.00 for 200ml) has been formulated for lifeless, thinning hair and is a gentle shampoo that strengthens, revitalises hair and promotes hair growth. Quinine is selected for its scientifically proven strengthening and stimulating properties. Organic Edelweiss, found in the Alps, is selected for its resistance to the most extreme conditions and the combination of these two active ingredients along with Caffeine and B Vitamins help to restore vigour and reduce hair loss. I use the Shampoo and Conditioner two to three times a week and in the first few weeks I had already seen a massive improvement with the reduction of my hair loss, with my hair looking and feeling so much stronger as well as thicker and healthier. The Klorane Quinine Strengthening Conditioner* (£10.00 for 200ml) has been designed for thinning hair as well as a complement to hair loss products and features the same Quinine extract and Organic Edelweiss as the Shampoo to strengthen and revitalise the hair for healthy, fuller looking hair. It detangles the hair and reinforces the fibre to prevent breakage when brushing, and I notice a lot less hair in my hair brush when consistently using this duo. The formula is hydrating and doesn't weigh the hair down, nor does it leave a greasy residue behind.

If you suffer badly from hair loss or thinning, then I would absolutely recommend the Klorane Quinine Hair Strengthening Serum* (£24.50 for 100ml). This is a highly effective concentrate with 98% natural-origin ingredients to strengthen the hair and help reduce hair loss. Within this serum is the synergistic combination of Quinine and Organic Edelweiss to provide unprecedent action on promoting stronger, healthier hair and reducing hair loss. With proven natural effectiveness, I found that my hair loss was reduced within just one month, and found my hair to be stronger and more resilient. To use, you apply the Serum to towel-dried hair - ten sprays over the entire scalp, and then massage it into the scalp. It is to be used three times per week and it is a leave in formula. After spraying the Serum, I like to massage the nape of my neck in a circular motion, massaging the temples with my palms in a circular motion and then massage the top of the head and the nape of the neck, also in a circular motion. Not only is scalp massage relaxing, but it also helps to stimulate the scalp which enables healthier hair growth.

I often take different hair, skin and nails supplements as I get a lack of vitamins with having a stoma, and so having a supplement really helps to promote healthy growth. The Klorane Keratin Caps* (£19.00 for 30 capsules) is an optimal food supplement to maintain healthy, beautiful, strong hair. The formula is made up of Keratin, Vitamins, Zinc and Selenium to nourish the hair bulb. It supports fuller, thicker, shinier looking hair and nails. All you have to do is take one capsule in the morning with a glass of water and they are not large capsules, so they are easy to take. It is recommended that you take the Keratin Caps for three months, as this will then provide you with optimal results. The hair takes 6-8 weeks to renew, which is why three months is the recommended course. Along with the Klorane Quinine haircare products, I have noticed such a difference in my hair, and it even looks and feels better than it did before my surgeries! One happy customer right here, as it has given me the confidence to love my hair again.

You can find the Klorane Quinine haircare range online here.

Trying Out Trinny London - Review

 *This post contains gifted items.

Trinny London is a skincare and beauty brand that was created in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, with one goal in mind - to give everyone the tools to be their best. They are currently one of Europe's fastest-growing beauty brands and product innovation is at the heart of the business, as well as being able to offer effortless, personalised beauty for people of all ages. They launched the brand with their iconic stack - cream-based, multitasking little pots of joy that click seamlessly together and Match2Me, an innovative personalisation tool. Their most recent move was skincare, creating highly effective formulations that transform how people look and feel about their skin, and consequently about themselves. I was recently very kindly sent some Trinny London products to try out, and so I was super excited to share my thoughts with you all...

Let's start with one of the newest releases, the Trinny London Overnight Clarity Retinal/Niacinamide Serum* (£62.00 for 30ml). The Serum comes in a teal blue twist-up bottle, which is also refillable. Overnight Clarity is for those who have started to notice their first fine lines and are still struggling with hormonal breakouts. This highly active retinal and niacinamide formula visibly reduces the appearance of fine lines while clearing congested complexions. Over the past 9-12 months I have started with blemishes again (I am 38), and whilst I don't have any fine lines at the moment, I am pretty sure it won't be long, which is why I am hoping that prevention is better than the cure! Overnight Clarity is perfect for all skin types and for those who are 25+. As well as visibly reducing fine lines, Overnight Clarity also visibly clarifies the skin as well as reducing any marks on the skin, evening out the tone of the skin overall. Chlorella Vulgaris extract is a natural prebiotic that feeds the friendly bacteria on the surface of your skin, helping to smooth blemish-prone skin and therefore less bad bacteria means less room for congestions and breakouts. To use Overnight Clarity, you simply apply one pump to the face as part of your evening routine (after cleansing and toning) and it isn't something you should use every night at first - use twice a week and gently build up to daily use. Always listen to your skin and use less frequently if you experience any irritation. An important rule when using a retinoid is that it is essential to use an SPF every morning to keep your skin protected. With continued use, you will soon start to see and feel a difference in your skin - smoother skin, with less lines and blemishes.

Moving on to a skincare/makeup hybrid, we have the Trinny London BFF De-Stress* (£39.00 for 30ml), a tinted serum that has been perfectly formulated to actively defend and manage the appearance of stress on your skin for a fresh, energised complexion. BFF De-Stress is perfect for those with normal and dry skin types that are in need of a boost and comes in 12 different shades. With all Trinny London colour products, it is super easy to work out your shade, by using the Match2Me personal colour profile. It suggested I try out Jemima, a neutral vanilla for fair skin and it works perfectly for my fair to light skin tone. The product comes in a glossy, silver tube with a pump applicator so that you can control the amount of product you are dispensing. It looks very much like a regular foundation when you dispense it and gives a low to medium, buildable coverage with a beautiful, radiant finish to the skin. BFF De-Stress contains Hyaluronic Acid which instantly plumps and smooths, leaving your skin fresh, radiant and well-rested. Scientifically proven NP-TriOX technology combines five times the average concentration of Neurophroline, allowing your skin to manage stress better during the day and regenerate efficiently at night. Long-lasting protection continues to improve and transform your skin over time, making the skin look fresher and brighter as the day goes on. Who doesn't need that in this current climate?! Triple broad-spectrum antioxidant complex boosts the skin's antioxidant balance, neutralises cortisol and stimulates collagen production to defend and protect the skin from daily life stressors. Not only does this give a beautiful base for the skin, but it also takes care of your skin, allowing you to feel better and healthier about it. This has been a go-to for me ever since I first tried it.

This next product is a stroke of genius - the Trinny London Lash2Brow* (£28.00 for 3ml, 4.5ml) is a mascara and brow gel in one sleek component. On one end, you will find a beautiful black mascara and on the other end a brow gel, in a range of five different shades - I have Capuccino, a taupe brown, perfect for my fair to light colouring. Infused with Organic Chestnut Extract, the mascara and brow gel formulas glide on smoothly, helping to condition your lashes and brows so they feel as healthy as they look and that is one of the things I have soon loved about Trinny London - all of their products not only look and wear great, but they also care too. The intense black pigments of the mascara amplify the colour payoff while the formula elongates the lashes for instant impact and the brow gel defines and builds natural-looking colour for well-shaped arches that frame your face. Designed to distribute the perfect amount of mascara, the flexible slim bristles on the cone-shaped brush reach every single eyelash, building length and volume from the inner to the outer corners. The pointed tip gives you enough control to define your lower lashes with ease. The brow gel's micro-precision brush is small and perfectly formed, to shape and groom with total precision. To use Lash2Brow, coat your upper lashes from root to tip, then use the tip of the brush to apply the mascara to the lower lashes and for added impact, apply a second coat. Then brush the brow wand backwards through your brows to add volume and coat every single hair. Then brush the wand up and along your brows to give a more lifted effect.

If you have been reading Kathryn's Loves for a while, you will know how much I love and appreciate a multi-use product and my final product is just that. The Trinny London Lip2Cheek* (£25.00 for 4g) is a multitasking lip and cheek hero that brings your entire complexion to life. It is part of the iconic stacking system from Trinny London and is available in ten stunning shades. Here I have the shade Freddie, a soft terracotta flush that works amazingly well on both the cheeks and lips. I find the formula very long-lasting, giving a flattering flush of pigment to the skin and it is super easy to apply as it is a cream-based formula that you can apply with either your fingertips, a brush or a beauty sponge. You can build the colour from a soft wash to a more concentrated pop of colour and the flattering matte texture gives a natural-looking flush. To use on the lips, simply apply with your fingertips and build the colour to your desired shade, and for the cheeks, apply to the apples of the cheeks with a brush or your fingertips and blend upwards and outwards. I just love how quick and easy the Lip2Cheek is to use and there are so many beautiful colours I now want to try out!

You can find Trinny London online here, and don't forget to try out the Match2Me system!

Barry M New Products April 2022

Barry M is one of my favourite drugstore beauty brands, as they are constantly releasing new, fun and exciting products and their nail polishes are my favourite! This month saw the release of a few new products, so I managed to pick up a few and here are my thoughts...

First up, is the Barry M Buff & Balm, which comes in three scents - Coconut Cream Crush, Peach Pop and Blueberry Burst and retail for just £4.99 for 4g. They come in cardboard packaging with pretty fruits illustrated on them and each one has a different tint and obviously scent. Coconut Cream Crush has a slight pink tint with a coconut scent, Peach Pop has a light coral peach tint and smells of fresh juicy peaches and Blueberry Burst has a sheer purple tint with a delicious blueberry scent to it. The formula gently buffs away any dead skin cells without being abrasive, and the creamy texture helps to keep the lips nourished and well moisturised. Because the formula is not abrasive, these are great for everyday use.

Next up is the Barry M Heatwave Baked Marble Blusher (£6.99 for 6.3g), which is available in three shades - a plum, a peach and a pink. Mine is in the shade Coastal, which is a pretty pop of pink mixed with a little champagne shade. This is a very shimmery blush, and it can tend to look more like a highlighter than a blush on the skin, which I do find a bit of a shame as the colour is pretty but I do have textured skin so shimmer doesn't always look the best on my cheeks. I was also a little disappointed with the formula of the blush - it is quite dry and not very smooth, which doesn't take away from the finished look of the blush, but I do feel Barry M could have done a much better job with this as they have had some lovely powder products in the past.

The final new product I have today is the Barry M Mini Cream Palettes (£6.99), which are cream eyeshadows in three different shade options. The Jewels feature a green shimmer, a burgundy, a blue shimmer, a pink lilac shade and a deep purple colour. The Nudes features a soft champagne shimmer, and then four variations of browns, and finally there is also The Berries, which I don't have here. I have mixed reviews on these - I LOVE the pink lilac shade it is utter perfection, but the green and blue shimmer are very disappointing and it took some building up to get colour which doesn't always look great with cream eyeshadows. The Nudes palette is a much more consistent palette, and the formula is creamy without being sticky and very pigmented, with a little going a long way. I also like the fact that you could use the champagne shimmer as a highlight too. I will keep The Jewels palette as the pink and purple shades are gorgeous, and I may consider picking up The Berries in time for Autumn!

You can find Barry M online here.

Trying Out Skinician Skincare

 *This post contains gifted items.

Skinician is a skincare brand that was founded back in 2009 by mother and daughter team Hilary McMurray and Shelley Martin. They created products that fitted into their time compressed, busy lifestyles and that most importantly, gave them the results they were looking for. Skinician is a professional cosmeceutical skincare brand that offers a less confused approach to skincare and whose products don't cost the earth. Harnessing the power of science and nature, Skinician products combine the finest natural ingredients with clinically proven powerhouse actives for the most effective results and all products are dermatologically tested, cruelty free, vegan and paraban free.

I was very kindly sent a couple of their products to try, and the first one I am going to talk about today is the Skinician Advanced Pro-Radiance Enzyme Peel* (£29.00 for 50ml). This product is suitable for ageing, dull and dehydrated skin and is formulated with AHA's and fruit enzymes. The Advanced Pro-Radiance Enzyme Peel works to remove dry, dead skin cells from the surface of the skin to promote skin renewal and skin brightening for a more youthful and even complexion. Key actives include fruit acids and enzymes including Passionfruit, Grape and Pineapple acids to gently dissolve dry, dull skin cells for brighter, more youthful skin, Nepal Oligosaccharides, which are proven to add luminosity to the skin and help with the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and Allantoin to soothe, protect and calm sensitive skin whilst accelerating skin healing. The Peel comes in a squeezy tube and it can be used 2-3 times a week after cleansing the skin thoroughly as part of your skincare regime. You simply apply a generous and even amount of product to the face and neck, leave for 10-15 minutes and then remove with water. The results will be a glowy, youthful complexion and with consistent use you will notice less fine lines and wrinkles. Even though this contains AHA's, it is a gentle yet excellent form of exfoliation to keep your skin super smooth and fresh.

The second product I have been trying out is the Skinician Advanced Eye Repair* (£36.50 for 15ml), which is suitable for ageing skin along with those who suffer from dark circles or puffiness around the eyes. This is a lightweight, triple action eye cream which has been specially formulated to target the main signs of ageing, sagging skin, reduce puffiness, fine lines and wrinkles and diminish the appearance of dark circles to leave your eyes looking brighter and more youthful looking. Key actives include EyeRevite, a peptide complex proven to stimulate lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness, significantly reduce eye bags and increase tone and firmness, HydraAdvance, to penetrate deep into the outer layer of the skin for instant hydration that lasts up to 30 hours, Shea Butter to nourish, support tissue repair and protect against environmental damage and Cucumber to provide an anti-inflammatory and soothing effect and to alleviate puffiness. The Eye Repair comes in a smart bottle that has a pump applicator to help you control the amount of product you are dispensing and you can use it twice a day, both morning and night, by taking your ring finger and applying the formula gently around the eye socket and patting the eye bone. I have suffered from dark circles most of my life, which I think is probably hereditary, so whilst I can't get rid of them completely, this has definitely made a difference to my eye area, which now looks a lot less darker and I no longer get any puffiness around the eyes, no matter how much sleep I have or haven't had. A top tip of mine is to keep eye products in the fridge so that when you apply them in a morning, they are extra cooling, soothing and refreshing.

Skinician also offer some lovely beauty tools and accessories and I was kindly sent the Skinician Luxury Skincare Headband* (£7.00). This is by far the softest, most luxurious headband I have come across, and it is super comfortable and doesn't slip down like some headbands do. It has a velcro fastening and so it is completely size customisable and is a great way to keep stray hairs away from your face whilst applying your skincare.

You can find Skinician skincare online here.

The Bobbi Brown x Ulla Johnson Makeup Collection Review + Swatches

Monday 25 April 2022

Bobbi Brown makeup has been a long time staple for me and there haven't been a tonne of new releases over the past few years, but when I saw the new Bobbi Brown x Ulla Johnson collaboration, I knew I just had to pick up a few pieces.

The packaging is just beautiful and very Spring-like, which is one of my favourite times of the year. The first item I picked up is the Bobbi Brown x Ulla Johnson Mini Highlighting Powder (£21.00 for 4g) in the shade Pink Glow. I chose the Mini version as I never go through a full-sized highlighter and so when I saw the Mini option, I was thrilled as then I am not wasting makeup and it costs me less! Pink Glow is not a new shade from Bobbi Brown, but it is one that suits my complexion beautifully. The Highlighter has the floral Ulla Johnson pattern on the front of the compact, a mini mirror on the inside of the lid and then the powder has been embossed with flowers. This is Bobbi Brown's best-selling highlighter shade, and fuses the benefits of a gel and powder, so that the formula glides over the skin to give a smooth, refined look. Microfine pearls are suspended in a pure, crystal-clear base to diffuse light with colour, reflecting a lit-from-within glow, which is always my favourite kind of glow. Even though I know and love this Highlighter, and have had it before, the reason I re-purchased is because my old one had gone past its best, so I am super happy to have it in my collection again!

I then chose the Bobbi Brown x Ulla Johnson Dual-Ended Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick (£34.00 for 1.6g), which is available in two colour options - Sun Pearl & Soft Bronze, and the one I have here, Opal and Golden Pink. Sometimes, we just need quick, easy makeup that performs well, and these Shadow Sticks are the perfect option as you just swipe over the eyelids and off you go! The Sticks provide eight hours of budge-proof, waterproof and crease-proof wear and can be applied in seconds! Golden Pink is a pretty, soft pink with shimmer and Opal is an opalescent white with a pink shift, so they work beautifully alone or together. I never lie, it is pretty pricey for an eyeshadow stick, but you are getting two different colours here and you know with Bobbi Brown you are getting good quality products and ingredients.

I am currently unemployed whilst I am still recovering from my surgeries and until I have had and recovered from my next surgery, and so I don't have a lot of money to spend on makeup at the moment. However, I am signed up to the Liberty Beauty Drop Subscription, which I will talk about in an upcoming post, but I had £80.00 of credit, which allowed me to buy these products. So the final product I chose from this collection is the Bobbi Brown x Ulla Johnson Crushed Lip Colour (£26.00 for 3.4g), of which there are three shades to choose from and I opted for the shade Bare. Again, sadly, it isn't a new shade, which sometimes bugs me with collaborations as I think new shades of products should be created rather than just re-packaged, but I don't currently have many Bobbi Brown lip products, so I was happy to choose this. It features the pretty packaging and the colour is very wearable all year round. The Crushed Lip Colour formula is enriched lip-conditioning ingredients such as Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Beeswax, so it keeps the lips nourished and hydrated, whilst also giving pretty colour in a satin-matte finish. I always find Bobbi Brown's lipsticks to be very pigmented and they stay in place for a good amount of time, and are super comfortable to wear.

You can find Bobbi Brown online here.
