Christmas Stocking Fillers Gift Guide 2019

Friday, 1 November 2019

Personally, I much prefer to get all of my Christmas shopping done in November, therefore I can enjoy December and all the lovely Christmas things it brings, without the need to be bustling around busy shops in the cold. Therefore, as it is the 1st November, today I am bringing you my Stocking Fillers Gift Guide.
Okay, so not strictly beauty related, but I couldn't resist these Barley Lane by totes Reindeer Slipper Socks (£6.00). They are super soft and cosy, and come with glittery anti-slip dots on the bottom of them so that you are always steady on your feet. I always get cold feet, especially in Winter, and so these are going to be great for keeping my tootsies warm. Plus, they are a part of the Boots 3 for 2 gift range. You can find them online at Boots here.
If regular crackers are not your thing, then how about the MOR Little Luxuries Mesmerising Marshmallow Cracker* (£9.00)? This gorgeous art-deco style pink and gold cracker contains a 50ml tube of the MOR Marshmallow Hand Cream, which has a touch of rose fragrance to it, and leaves your skin feeling super soft and well-nourished. Everyone loves a good hand cream, especially during the colder months. You can find it online at Feel Unique here.
I have seen silk hair scrunchies everywhere lately, as they are supposed to be a lot kinder for the hair, and leave it looking and feeling smoother and healthier. The downside is that they can be pretty expensive! However, the Only Curls Silk Scrunchies* cost £10.00 for two and are made from 100% silk. They are available in different colours, but I love the black for winter. Not only do they look super cute, but keep my locks lovely. You can find them online at Only Curls here.
Another cute gift I picked up from Boots is the Ted Baker Opulent Crush Body Spray (£4.00), which comes in a gorgeous little gift box and is also part of the 3 for 2 offer they have on. Opulent Crush contains notes of white patchouli, raspberry and pear and smells gorgeous! I love having these little mini sprays in my handbag for a refreshing spritz during the day. You can find it online at Boots here.
Sanctuary Spa do some of the most loveliest body care products, and they too have a range of stocking fillers at Boots. The Sanctuary Spa Butter Me Up Gift* (£4.00) comes gorgeously packaged and contains a 100ml tub of the Sanctuary Spa Body Butter, which is excellent value for money. The signature Sanctuary Spa scent is one of my favourites, as it is so fresh and luxurious, and the Body Butter gives you 24 hours of moisturisation. Once again, this is part of the 3 for 2 deal and you can find it online at Boots here.
I was recently looking in my local Beauty Outlet shop and spotted this W7 Snow Bunny Makeup Kit for just £2.00! They had other versions, and this one contains a super sparkly makeup bag, a mini Lipstick, Glowcomotion Highlighter & Eyeshadow and a mini Lashes Gelore Mascara. For those that don't have a large budget at Christmas-time, it goes to show that you can still find lovely gifts for just a couple of pounds. You can find your local Beauty Outlet here.
I find arts and crafts very therapeutic and though it won't be to everyone's taste, I just had to get this cute Fizz Make Your Own Happy Llama (£5.00). It comes with two pots of dough and a modelling tool, and so it is a little like Play-Doh, but a little but cuter. It is part of the Boots 3 for 2 offer, and yes it may be for kids, but I thought this would be something to fill the days between Christmas and New Year. You can find it online at Boots here.
Back on to makeup, and I am loving this Diego Dalla Palma Pattern Warm Blush* (£24.50). It is a part of their festive collection, and features a cool design of warm tan and rose pink to create such a beautiful blush shade. You can more or less create your very own unique shade due to there being two colours within this little compact. There is a mirror on the inside of the lid and this baby soft formula is going to add a pop of colour to your cheeks in seconds. You can find it in-store and online at Marks & Spencer here.
Everyone loves a hair or face mask, and the Cake The Smooth Move Moisture Melt Hair Mask* is the perfect stocking filler size. Cake is a fairly new brand to the UK, and after trying some of their amazing products, I just know that this mask will work wonders on Winter dried-out, frazzled hair. It costs £2.99 for a 50ml sachet, and so you could potentially get two uses out of it, and I like to add face and hair masks to the Christmas Day dining table to give everyone a little extra treat. You can find it in-store and online at Boots here.
Another product which is perfect for table gifts or stocking fillers is a tube of hand cream, as you can never have too much hand cream, especially during the winter months. I picked up this A Little Something Hand Cream Duo for £3.00, which is part of the Boots 3 for 2 (this gift guide is very heavily Boots-involved, but they have so many great brands and offers this year). The sweet packaging contains a Bergamot & Vanilla hand cream, and a Raspberry Blossom & Mandarin hand cream, although they do have other fragrance options. You can find them in-store and online at Boots here.
Baths are one of my favourite things, and it doesn't matter what season we are in. So, bath products are one of my favourite gifts to receive, and there are so many out there to choose from. However, the Bramley Soothing Bath, Body & Shower Oil* (£20.00) is a little bit of luxury for bath time, and the Chamomile, Lavender & Geranium scent is oh-so relaxing. The Bath Oil can be used in the bath water or applied directly to the skin to soothe any dryness and to keep the skin silky soft and well nourished. I find bath oils super relaxing and my skin always feels slightly cocooned afterwards. You can find the Bramley Bath Oil online at Bramley here.
I love stationery nearly as much as I love makeup, and so when I spotted the Laura Ashley Set Of 3 Notebooks, I had to pick them up and include them in this gift guide. The notebooks cost £6.50 (again on 3 for 2 at Boots), and you receive three different sized notebooks that have a beautiful Laura Ashley print and come very prettily wrapped up in a pink bow, making them an easy gift to give, but also a very useful one. You can find them in-store and online at Boots here.
If you know someone who likes to travel a lot, or is wanting to start getting into a skincare routine, then the Payot Discovery Box Cracker* is an excellent idea. For just £12.00, this pretty pink cracker contains four skincare products from one of the best skincare brands around. You receive 25ml Body Scrub, 15ml Daily Radiance Care, 25ml Long-Lasting Moisturising Milk and 15ml Plumping Moisturising Care. With it being so beautifully presented, you won't even need to wrap it either! You can find Payot online here.
Profusion Cosmetics are an American brand that have recently come to the UK via Boots, and I have previously tried their products before when I have been in Orlando. They are priced incredibly low, and yet everything I have tried I have loved. I thought the Profusion Cosmetics Crystal Lips Set was super sweet and it contains three shimmery lip glosses, which are perfect for the festive season and beyond. The packaging is shimmery, holographic and all things gorgeous, and for just £4.00 on 3 for 2, you really cannot go wrong. You can find the Crystal Lips in-store and online at Boots here.
As I mentioned earlier, hair masks and face masks are a fabulous stocking filler, and if you are looking for fun, yet effective face masks, then I would highly recommend the Bio Miracle Star Dust Masks*. They come in a wide range of styles, including sheet masks, treatment masks and peel-off masks and feature fun ideas like unicorns, glitter and pink bubble masks. Each sachet contains one sheet mask or enough product for one use, and so they are easy to take away with you, and to have in your bathroom for when you are wanting a little piece of heaven. Prices range from £1.99 to £4.99 and you can find them online at Beauty Bargains UK online here.
I love this little Joules Lip Balm Set, which you can give as a gift, or split them up individually and make little gift sets with them. The three lip balms come in little tins and are all adorned with a Joules print. You receive an Elderflower lip balm, a Honey lip balm and a Blackberry lip balm, which I think is a great idea to have different scents. It costs £5.00 for the set and is a part of the Boots 3 for 2 offer which you can find in-store and online here.
Revolution Beauty have really upped their game this year, and they have some amazing new releases, all of which are stocking filler price friendly. The I Heart Revolution Sprinkles Eyeshadow Palette* is adorable, and takes on their chocolate bar theme, except this time with sprinkles. You receive 18 gorgeous shimmery shadows, all with sweet names such as Jelly Bean, Shrimps and Gumball, showcasing a mixture of pastel and brights. The Sprinkles Palette costs just £9.00, which is amazing value for such a pigmented formula and you can find it online at Revolution here.
Last, but not least is the Sanctuary Spa Mini Manicure Set*, which comes beautifully packaged and contains a nail file and 30ml of their amazing Hand Cream, in that gorgeous signature Sanctuary Spa scent. I think these little gifts are just perfect for popping in a stocking, or for Secret Santa gifts, or table gifts and they really are great value for money. The Sanctuary Spa Mini Manicure gift costs £5.00 and is a part of Superdrug's 3 for 2 gift offer, which you can find in-store or online here.
All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx
