Natura Siberica is an independent skin, body and hair care brand that produce beautiful products that are a sustainable and cruelty free company. I was recently very kindly sent some of their products to try, many of which are perfect for some pamper time, to get your body and mind ready for the warmer months.

First up is the Natura Siberica Anti-Fatigue Eye Patch-Effect Mask* (£11.49 for 50ml). This is part of their organic-certified face care range and provides protection and comfort for sensitive skin. Key ingredients include Rhodiola Rosea, hand-picked and collected in the wild, this is rich in organic acids, beneficial minerals, essential oils and flavonoids to enhance the protective functions of the skin. It has a calming effect and protects against environmental exposure. Organic Siberian Pine Oil is packed full of vitamins and nourishes and softens the skin, Hyaluronic Acid deeply moisturises the skin, increasing its firmness and elasticity, which is perfect for the undereye area, and Vitamin E helps to slow down the ageing process. The Mask comes in a frosted glass pot and the formula is quite watery, so it is super refreshing and you simply apply a thin layer to the area around the eye and leave on for 10-15 minutes whilst it works at smoothing the skin and removing signs of fatigue.

For the hair, I have chosen the Natura Siberica Kedr, Rose & Proteins Mask for Weak Hair* (£7.99 for 300ml). This comes in a huge tub and smells divine! It is certified vegan and made with wild and powerful herbs and plants from Siberia. This Hair Mask is a deeply nourishing mask, that is rich in organic Siberian Kedr hydrolate to nourish limp, dry hair, infusing it with moisture and volume, without weighing the hair down. Organic Siberian Kedr hydrolate nourishes dry, brittle hair, while Organic Daurian rose extract smooths and softens the hair. Hydrolysed proteins strengthen the hair and Wild Juniper extract, Pro Vitamin B5 and Hyaluronic Acid nourish the hair, making it look shiny and voluminous, which is great for me as I have quite fine hair and this has really made a difference to the volume of my hair. Once you have washed your hair, you then apply the Mask and sit back and relax for 5-10 minutes whilst it works its magic.

As I am awaiting endometriosis surgery, I will soon have to begin taking medication that causes hair loss, and so I just had to pick up the Natura Siberica Professional Limonnik, Ginseng & Biotin Mask* (£7.99 for 100ml). This is a hair mask that will work for all hair types but is especially great for those suffering hair loss. Based on organic Nanai Limonnik Hydrolate, this formula as a warming effect, to help the essential oils to be absorbed and comes with a narrow applicator so that you can apply it straight to the roots. You apply the Mask to the scalp and massage into the scalp gently, and then leave for 10-15 minutes and then rinse, and I would recommend using twice a week for the best results. Nanai Limonnik contains a great number of nutrients, micro-elements, vitamins C & E and has incredible strengthening and tonic properties. Organic Ginseng extract prevents hair-loss and also adds a rich, glossy finish to the hair, whilst Biotin fills the hair with strength, leaving it smooth and silky. So whether you have hormonal hair loss, or ageing hair loss, I would definitely recommend giving this a try. The packaging is just gorgeous too!

To get your skin summer ready, I would recommend the Natura Siberica Taiga Spa Natural Shower Gel-Scrub* (£5.50 for 200ml). This is a gentle exfoliating shower gel scrub that is bursting with natural herbs and flowers from Siberia. The Shower Gel-Scrub is suitable for all skin types and smells heavenly, leaving your body smelling fresh and your skin nice and smooth, ridding it of dead skin cells. The Taiga Spa Shower-Gel Scrub contains scrub particles that contain Wild Rowan Extract and Organic Siberian Ginseng Extract that gently cleanses, exfoliates and revitalises the skin. If you don't have much time to yourself, then dual-action products like this are amazing for you. I believe the prices are such excellent value throughout this entire collection, as you get a lot of product, and high quality, natural and sustainable ingredients.

The past year has been pretty stressful to say the least, and so I wanted to incorporate some anti-stress products within this pamper haul. The Natura Siberica Shower Gel Anti-Stress* (£4.95 for 400ml) comes with a quick and easy to use pump applicator. This is a gentle foaming shower gel that is enriched with restorative vitamins and minerals, with valuable natural oils and vitamins to give your skin an extra firming boost. Fresh floral and berry aromas of Wild Milfoil, Organic Sage, Organic Melissa, Organic Lemon, Verbena and Wild Redtop Grass help to alleviate stress whilst conditioning the body and skin, as well as the mind.

I have quite dry skin and I often find that a body balm works so much better for me personally that a body moisturiser. The Natura Siberica Natural Certified Body Balm* (£5.50 for 200ml) is a beautifully nourishing bodycare product that is enriched with Organic Sagan Dailya Extract and Cedar Milk to eliminate dryness and saturates your skin with valuable vitamins and nutrients. It has a rich texture that nourishes the skin, leaving it supple and velvety for long-lasting comfort and hydration. Even though it is a gorgeously rich formula, it doesn't feel thick or heavy on the skin and I found that because it is more of a balm, it sinks into the skin quickly and keeps the skin feeling super protected, smooth and hydrated.

Now, with all of the extra hand washing and hand sanitising we have been doing for the past year or so, my hands are in the worst condition they have ever been in. I have been testing out the Natura Siberica Frost Berries Nourishing Hand Mask* (£5.99 for 75ml), a super nourishing cream that will leave even delicate and sensitive hands feeling soft and nourished. The formula is made with Arctic Cloudberry and Northern Lingonberry Oil which actively nourish the skin and restore its natural protective capacities. You get 75ml, which is a really great value size, but it is also a great size to pop in your handbag or car for on the go hydration. A little bit goes a long way, and even though it is nourishing and moisturising, the formula doesn't leave behind any grease or residue, so you can carry on with your day.

As it is very nearly sandal and flipflop weather, we need to get our tootsies in tip top condition! The Natura Siberica Oblepikha Foot Cream* (£4.50 for 75ml) comes in a pretty tube and is formulated with Organic Olepikha Hydrolate to provide gentle care to your feet. This is an intense, super creamy foot moisturiser that has been designed for everyday use. The Altai Sea Buckthorn Cream Butter and Shea Butter provide daily nourishing and deep moisturising for the skin, keeping your feet fresh and smooth all day long. It has a lovely fragrance to it as well, which I think is always super important when it comes to masking foot odours!
