The Latest In Beauty Conscious Beauty Edit Box

 This post contains gifted items.

Firstly, I would just like to apologise for this being a little late. I was told by the NHS Covid App to self-isolate for ten days, and as I keep my computer and blog products at my office, I was unable to post anything during that time, hence why there is a big gap in my usually daily posts. Today, I am bringing you my picks from the Latest in Beauty Conscious Beauty Edit*. You get to choose six products from a selection every month for just £12.95 plus £3.95 postage.

First up, I chose Dr Teal's Pure Epsom Salt Soaking Solution (I couldn't find the exact price for this size of 450g) in the Relax & Relief scent of Eucalyptus and Spearmint. Dr Teal's is an American brand and I have been using their Epsom Salts for many years now, so I definitely wanted to include this in my box. With life as stressful as ever, it is important to take some time out for yourself and relax, and these definitely help to do that.

Because the sun has been so intermittent lately, I am not quite achieving the tan of dreams, so I opted for the Bondi Sands Pure Self Tan Foaming Water (RRP £15.99 for 200ml), in Light/Medium. This Tanning Water combines the Bondi Sands iconic golden glow with skin-loving Hyaluronic Acid for hydration, Vitamin C for radiance and Vitamin E for repair, so not only does it make your skin look amazing, but it also helps to treat and condition the skin too, keeping your tan looking its very best. This has a colourless, fragrance free formula that is quick drying and gentle on even sensitive skin.

For the hair, I chose the Grow Gorgeous Balance Fibre-Sealing Split Ends Treatment (RRP £6.00 for 30ml). I have heard so many great things about Grow Gorgeous and I do suffer with split ends, so thought this a great product to try. This hair treatment smooths and rebuilds broken strands to leave hair feeling strong, silky soft and split end-free. It contains Oat Lipids Complex to reinforce the scalp's natural protective barrier, helping to lock in moisture, Black Oat to help build a film over the hair to improve smoothness, gloss and bounce along with Wood and Marine Brown Algae and Pelvetia Canaliculate to intensely moisturise and smooth the cuticles to restore natural shine.

A multi-use product I chose is the OWOW Flyaway Control (Full Size RRP £15.90). This comes in what looks like a mascara tube, with a mascara wand, however it is for your hair and brows. It has a clear formula that allows you to tame any annoying flyaways on the hair, to help you to create sleek hairstyles quick and easily, without flaking or crusting and contains conditioning agents to help keep the hair nourished. This can also be used on the brows, but as I have very fair and fine natural brows, I prefer to use this on my hair when putting it up to get rid of all of the baby hairs that often look scruffy otherwise.

I mentioned in a recent post that my lips have been super dry lately, so I chose the Hilltop Beauty Original Lip Balm (Full Size RRP £4.99 for 6.25g). This lip balm comes in plastic-free packaging and is 100% natural. Packed full of moisturising oils, this beeswax lip balm is a delight to use and helps to soothe and revitalise my dry, chapped lips. The Hilltop Lip Balm contains just six ingredients, all of which are completely natural, and I love the fact that the whole package is completely recyclable.

My absolute favourite product from this Edit has to be the Boujie Lounge Arabian Mermaid Boujie Bath Whip (Cannot find this exact price for 70g). Full of neon colours, airbrushed glitter and sugar sprinkles, this is not only a delight to use, but also to look at! The Arabian Mermaid Bath Whip contains a sensual blend of Black Oud paired with Rose, Patchouli, Sandalwood and Jasmine. You simply scoop some onto a sponge for a foamy body wash or lather between your hands for a creamy shaving foam. It can also be put under some running water for a bubble bath, be used as shampoo and even hand wash too! I am definitely going to look more into this brand as this is just such a fabulous product.
