One of my most enjoyable skincare products is a good cleansing oil, as I find it not only does an amazing job at cleaning my skin but also keeps it feeling well nourished. Evolve Organic Beauty's Kalahari Dream Cleansing Oil* has just been released and I have been lucky enough to be able to try it out.
The Evolve Kalahari Dream Cleansing Oil comes in a glass bottle with a pump dispensing lid and retails at £20.00 for 100ml. Suitable for normal to combination skin, this light pink, lightweight cleansing oil deeply cleanses the skin without leaving behind an oily residue. It removes even the toughest makeup in a flash, including stubborn eye makeup without causing any stinging to the eyes, and gently nourishes the skin.
This luxurious cleansing oil is super moisturising and helps to promote cell regeneration and skin barrier repair with fatty acids, Vitamin E and antioxidants. Key ingredients include Squalane, which is very hydrating and has anti-inflammatory properties that can calm the skin by reducing redness and swelling, and Pink Indigo which helps to promote a healthy glow by smoothing and moisturising the skin. Kalahari Melon Seed Oil has excellent moisturising and skin conditioning properties, and helps to promote cell regeneration and support skin barrier function and repair.
As it is an oil, you only need a small amount per application, gently massaging the oil into damp skin to melt away the makeup and you will notice it goes from a pink oil to a milky white lather. You then thoroughly rinse with a warm wet cloth and pat dry to reveal healthy, nourished skin. I enjoy using this both morning and evening and have definitely noticed an improvement with the hydration levels of my skin since using it.
