The Chanel Rouge Coco Gloss 722 Noce Moscata Review + Swatches

Tuesday 17 May 2022

I adore Chanel makeup, it really is amazing quality and the products always work really well for me, but it is currently a little out of my budget. However, when I was in Northampton visiting my family last month, my Aunty and I visited a place called Rushden Lakes and it had a big department store with all the designer makeup brands. Feeling over-excited as I hadn't been to one in so long, I decided to treat myself to a Chanel Lipgloss.

I chose the Chanel Rouge Coco Gloss in the shade 722 Noce Moscata (£31.00 for 5.5g), as it was a shade I had wanted for a while but everywhere I went it was sold out. The shade Noce Moscata is a pink beige neutral shade with tiny specks of shimmer running throughout it, so it is a very wearable shade. The Chanel Rouge Coco Gloss is available in many different colours and comes in sleek black and gold Chanel packaging with a slightly chunky, rounded sponge applicator.

The formula is high-shine and keeps the lips moisturised for up to eight hours, due to a Hydraboost Complex, composed of natural waxes such as Jojoba, Sunflower and Mimose, and a natural Coconut Oil derivative. Lips are instantly moisturised, smoothed out, soft and nourished and seen as I chose a shade that I can wear on a daily basis, I can keep my lips nourished each day whilst they also look fab!

Noce Moscata has an almost metallic sheen to it, but it looks so pretty on the lips, and I thought it would be perfect now that the sunshine is out, to catch those sparkles. Chanel's gloss formula isn't at all gloopy or sticky, and is one of the shiniest and glossiest I have come across.

You can find the Chanel Rouge Coco Gloss online here.

All the Loves,
