As I have mentioned many times, I love trying out mascaras and one that isn't new, but which I haven't tried before is the L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes Balm Noir Mascara, which retails at £10.99, which is not too bad for a drugstore mascara.
The L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes Balm Noir Mascara is available in many different shades of black, as well as a couple of brown shades and so I just went for the original 'black'. The tube itself is sleek, black and gold and it has a rubber bristled wand, which isn't usually my favourite but I find this one doesn't irritate my eyeline.
As I have quite brittle, fair, fine, short and straight lashes, it is always a bonus when I find a mascara that not only looks great but cares for the lashes too. This Mascara is formulated with only caring ingredients that give you fuller, healthier lashes. With 92% pure natural ingredients, and 8% mineral black pigments, this is definitely one of the healthiest mascaras I have come across.
The tiny bristles catch every lash and as they aren't too long, they don't irritate my lash line nor do I get that 'prickly' sensation and it is a very comfortable formula to wear. It doesn't dry up throughout the day, and there is no smudging or budging either. I have quite hooded lids and so some mascaras can transfer onto my eyelids during the day, but I didn't find that with this one.
If you are looking for a natural, caring formula that effortlessly builds volume and length on the lashes with high pigmentation, I would definitely recommend trying out the L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes Balm Noir Mascara.
