I have been a fan of Reese Witherspoon for years - she makes such amazing films and she always looks gorgeous, so when I saw the Biossance x Reese Witherspoon Favourites The Sunshine Set, I knew I had to pick it up as I have wanted to try the brand for some time now.
The Biossance x Reese Witherspoon Sunshine Set retails at £61.00 and you receive three products in a lovely little zip-up beauty case and drawstring bag. The products you receive are the Biossance Squalane + Rose Vegan Lip Balm, the Biossance Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil and the Biossance Squalane + Zinc Sheer Mineral Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 30, so it makes a great set to try out for the Summer months. Each product is full size and has a retail value of £90.00, so it is a really good saving if you are interested in trying the brand.
The first product you receive is the Biossance Squalane + Rose Vegan Lip Balm (15g RRP £12.00), a newly reformulated, fragrance-free lip balm that comes in a hygienic squeezy tube. I am glad it is fragrance free as I am not a huge rose fam, especially on the lips. The vegan, petroleum-free formula delivers long-lasting replenishment and has an ultra-hydrating trio of clinically proven moisturisers plus luxurious Rose Wax and plumping Wakame Algae to deeply nourish for soft, healthy lips. This decadent treatment has instant and gradual augmenting benefits, therefore helping the lips to achieve their full, pouty potential. It doesn't feel sticky, greasy or gloopy on the lips and so is very comfortable to wear.
The star of the show in my opinion is the Biossance Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil (50ml, RRP £55.00), which comes in a pretty glass bottle with a dropper applicator. Using the universally adored benefits of Vitamin C, this Oil dramatically brightens and firms the complexion, giving the skin a healthy-looking radiance. Brimming with powerful antioxidants, it instantly revives dull, lacklustre complexions, levelling texture and tone, while encouraging a more supple and firm complexion. Derived from Sugarcane, the Squalane in this formula imparts instant hydration and works to seal the moisture within the skin for long-lasting comfort. An oil-soluble form of Vitamin C acts as a brightening powerhouse, protecting against free radicals, balancing your tone and preventing future discolouration.
