As a blogger, and general shop-a-holic, I love trying out new products - I think we are always trying to find that one wonder product, and when we find it we move on to the next. One of my most-used drugstore hair care collections is the Garnier Ultimate Blends - they are always bringing out the most amazing scented products! Their latest release is the Almond Crush fragrance.
Let's start with the fragrance, because that's the most exciting bit - Almond Crush has been formulated using organic almond milk from Spain, which is well-loved for its creamy texture and nutty flavour, which is blended with Agave Sap from Mexico, which is a gourmet nextar renowned for its revitalising properties and is considered a lighter, healthier alternative to honey. Seriously, Garnier, you make me so hungry!
Garnier Ultimate Blends Almond Crush collection is for guys and gals with normal hair who want to gently cleanse and weightlessly nourish their hair. The scent is so light and fresh and when you are washing your hair, it doesn't feel thick or heavy, and your hair is left super smooth and soft. Even the Conditioner didn't seem to weigh my hair down and I had no product build-up whatsoever, so I would imagine that you could use this on a daily basis without adding too much product and conditioner to your hair.
As well as a shampoo and conditioner, there is also a Leave-in Conditioner and a Yoghurt Mask. I didn't get the Leave-in Conditioner as I am still using a previous one, but as a big fan of the Garnier Ultimate Blends Yoghurt Masks, I definitely picked this up. I personally like to apply this when I am having a nice relaxing bath, and then apply the mask to my hair, and sit back and enjoy a soak. Garnier do recommend leaving the mask on your hair for 1-5 minutes, but if you have the time, I would definitely recommend letting it work its magic a little longer. Due to this mask being suitable for normal hair, again there was no product build-up and it rinsed away easily, leaving my hair smelling heavenly and looking amazing.
