I have been that impressed by the recent Jeffree Star products I have tried, that I am bringing you yet another review. This time we have the Jeffree Star Northern Lights Supreme Frost Pro Palette, which is a six-shade highlighter palette. The palette comes beautifully boxed, with the palette itself reminiscent of the Northern Lights and which opens up to include those six large pans of highlighter and a large mirror on the inside of the lid.
I must say that I prefer this formula to the regular Skin Frosts, as they are very soft to touch, and feel super lightweight on the skin, without compromising on pigment. You can achieve a light highlight or blend them like butter to achieve Jeffree’s signature out of space highlight look. The shades included are;
· Alaskan Ice – An iridescent icy white with a pale green shift
· Thawed Out – A pretty pastel soft shimmering pink
· Below Freezing – A cool icy blue
· Frozen Gold – A beautiful lustrous champagne gold
· Anchorage – A light rose gold
· Arctic Sky – A metallic lilac-purple
I have fair skin, and for me personally, as stunning as it looks, Below Freezing definitely isn’t something I could get away with swiping across my cheekbones, but it makes the most stunning eye colour. Jeffree’s highlighters and even lipsticks are safe for use on the lips, skin and eyes so they you can get plenty of use out of them, even if a particular colour doesn’t work for you in a specific area.
When it comes to formula, Jeffree and his team have definitely worked hard on this palette, as I had zero fall-out from these highlighter shades they really melt into my skin so naturally, yet so incredible at the same time. As mentioned, the pans are an excellent size, so you are going to get a lot of use from this palette. I cannot wait to see what he comes out with next.
You can find the Jeffree Star Northern Lights Supreme Frost Pro Palette online at Beauty Bay, and it retails for £48.00.
All the Loves,
