LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair & Nails Review

Monday 11 March 2019

I was recently sent some LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair & Nails beauty supplements to try out and wanted to let you know how I got on...
LQ Skin, Hair & Nails is a scientifically formulated liquid supplement which is to be taken daily. Each 50ml bottle contains multiple key active ingredients and includes 7000mg Marine Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, Resveratrol, Silicon, Glucosamine, Selenium and Vitamins. In addition the key active ingredients, the formula also contains Vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin as well as contributing towards the protection of cells from oxidative stress, Selenium which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair, Biotin which also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair and Vitamin E which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

When it comes to skincare, I am on the ball with it, and morning and night I have a routine which I 99% stick to - normally I don't go the whole hog if I am poorly. However, when it comes to the condition of the skin, hair and nails, it doesn't hurt to give them a little helping hand, which is where LQ comes into play.

So, what's collagen? You will quite possibly of heard of it, and it is the most abundant naturally occurring protein in the body, with up to 70% of your skin being made from it. Falling collagen levels don't just produce lines and wrinkles, they can also cause aches and pains too and drinking liquid collagen can help to ease pains caused from your bones.
I must admit I was a little dubious about trying the LQ due to what it may smell and taste like. However, the scent is quite sweet, and not unpleasant and neither is the taste. It isn't the nicest tasting thing in the world, but it is certainly tolerable. I took the LQ every morning and within the first week my skin already began to feel really soft and fuller. Each box contains ten days worth of the LQ and so I have tried this for twenty days running. Our skin takes around six weeks to renew itself and whilst I didn't take that amount of the supplement to see what would happen after those six weeks, my skin is definitely a lot clearer and healthier looking. As we had such cold weather throughout January and a little of February, my nails had taken a turn for the worse, but due to the LQ, my nails are now a lot stronger and longer, so I am definitely pleased with the result LQ has given me.

For 10 days' worth of LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair & Nailsit costs £29.99, but you can save money by buying larger quantities and you can find them online at LQ.

All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx

  1. While fast and processed foods can be a cheap or easy option, they are loaded with fat, cholesterol, salt and sugar and therefore fewer vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. bojangles low carb diet
