Dior Hydra Life Fresh Reviver Sorbet Water Mist Review

Saturday 1 June 2019

One of the presents I kindly received for my birthday was the Dior Hydra Life Fresh Reviver Sorbet Water Mist. I haven't tried many products from the Dior skincare line and it just sounded so refreshing that I thought it would really benefit my skin.
The packaging is very simple, with a mint green bottle and a classy white cap with Dior on the top of. The bottle is made from plastic and the lid is quite tough to remove but that obviously doesn't affect the use of the product. This is Dior's take on a moisturising mist, and it is super fine and lightweight, and as soon as I spritz is onto my skin I can feel how moisturising it is. Due to the mist being so fine when you spritz it, I wouldn't say it was necessarily refreshing in a cooling-down way, but it is definitely nourishing on the skin.
The Sorbet Water Mist encourages cutaneous hydration and helps to energise the skin whilst also keeping makeup in place for longer. You can use it before makeup application, after makeup application, and throughout the day whenever your skin needs a little boost. There are two main ingredients within the formula, including Mallow and Haberlea Flower. Mallow boosts the skin's aquaporin network and encourages the circulation of water, and Haberlea Flower stimulates the cutaneous flora and encourages the production of ingredients which are beneficial to the skin, therefore reinforcing its natural defences.
Dior have also included Vitamin C in the Sorbet Water Mist which is great for stimulating the skin's energy reserves and giving the skin a glow. I have really been loving this Mist as it is isn't sticky or heavy on the skin, and if I already have makeup on, it doesn't smudge my makeup. It doesn't do anything extraordinary, but it certainly does what it is intended to do, which is hydrate the skin and keep it looking and feeling fresh all day long.

The Dior Hydra Life Fresh Reviver Sorbet Water Mist does cost £29.00 for 100ml, which isn't the cheapest skin mist on the market, however it isn't overly priced either and I am definitely happy with how it performs that I would absolutely repurchase it. You can find it online at Dior here.

All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx

  1. I love the Dior Hydra Life skincare range, as it works perfectly for my skin. Also I use quite a few other skincare products from them.
I haven't tried this new product and I have been wondering about it. It's one I need to check out. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on it.
