Once I saw that the Milani Conceal & Perfect 2-in-1 Foundation & Concealer was Jeffree Star approved, I knew I needed to try it. I have been trying and enjoying some of the Milani products now that they are more readily available in the UK, so I was looking forward to testing this out as I love trying a new foundation.
There are 29 shades available and I opted for 00A Porcelain, which at the moment now we are in Summer, is a shade too light for me, but once I have warmed it up with bronzer it isn't so noticeable. The texture is pretty thick, however it blends seamlessly, and you can soon blend it out to a natural finish and once applied it doesn't feel thick or heavy. To apply, I used my trusty Beauty Blender and found that that worked really well.
It is definitely a full coverage foundation with a satin matte finish and covers uneven skin tone well. So can you use it as a concealer? Absolutely, but due to the thickness of the Foundation, I would definitely recommend using only a tiny amount underneath the eyes so not to create milia. I noticed that it didn't emphasise my pores, which is always a plus for me with any foundation and throughout the day, I didn't notice any oiliness around my T-Zone area which is something I normally can get.
I don't notice a particular scent from this product and so if you have sensitive skin, this should be fine for you. The Foundation comes packaged in a black to clear ombre glass bottle and the pump applicator is easy to use. The Milani Conceal & Perfect 2-in-1 Foundation & Concealer is definitely long-wearing and it does state that it is waterproof, so if you like to wear foundation whilst on holiday, this should hopefully keep in place.
The Milani Conceal & Perfect 2-in-1 Foundation & Concealer costs £13.00 and you can find it online here.
