I stumbled across P. Louise whilst seeing one of her brand new collaborative products in action at the Jeffree Star x Mmmmitchell makeup masterclass in Manchester. I started following her on Instagram and loved some of the makeup artistry work she does. As she has her own makeup brand, I really wanted to try something from the brand whilst waiting for the collaboration to be released, and so I ordered the P. Louise The Secret Sinner Eyeshadow Palette.
When I first received it, the packaging blew my mind. It is firstly, much bigger than I imagined, and secondly looks like a wedding gift. It has an outer carton of white, shell pink and gold, and the palette itself is housed in a box which resembles a jewellery box. Contained within the front of the palette are feathers - yes, actual feathers - so dreamy! You then open the box, to reveal a full-sized mirror, and a gold card which has the phrase, 'First impressions can be deceiving'.
The softness and elegance of the packaging then gives way to the eyeshadows themselves. This beautiful gift box contains 18 of the brightest, boldest, pigmented shadows I have come across before, so I am guessing the contrast of the packaging and the shadows are what is meant by first impressions can be deceiving.
Each pan is very generously sized, and you can really go to town with this palette, as well as their being some great base shades, and even colours you could use on your brows. If you want pigment, then P. Louise is your gal! Even after swatching the entire palette for the photographs, not one pan looks used - there is not a speck of fall-out, and you get solid colour and pigmentation each and every time.
Shades included within The Secret Sinner Palette are;

All the Loves,
