I have seen so many blog posts on the Too Cool For School All-In-One Egg Mellow Cream that I just had to try it out for myself. I haven't tried anything from the brand before, and so I was excited to give it a whirl.
The Too Cool For School All-In-One Egg Mellow Cream is a firming, five-in-one moisturiser that is enriched with egg extracts and collagen fibres to boost the skin's elasticity to leave you with bright, youthful skin. This moisturiser is suitable for normal, combination, dry and sensitive skin types and works as a serum, priming moisturiser, eye cream, neck cream and sleeping mask, so all in all it is a bit of a wonder product, and time-saving too.
If you suffer from dullness and loss of firmness on the skin, then this product is going to help with that too. The key ingredients include egg yolk extract and albumen (egg white extract) to intensively nourish the skin, niacinamide to brighten the skin and collagen fibres to boost firmness, helping with loss of elasticity.
The packaging is pretty cute, with white and pale yellow colours and illustrative labelling. You get 50g of product, and it is dispensed using a large and easy-to-use pump dispenser. The cream itself is pale yellow in colour and a little goes a long way. There isn't much of a fragrance to it, if any, and so that is another positive note for those with sensitive skin or those that simply don't like fragrance in their skincare.
As soon as you apply the cream to your skin, it feels intensively nourishing, with a fairly thicker, gel-like cream formula to it. One pump can easily do a full face and neck, with a little left over, and so you will get plenty of use from this one little bottle. I love the fact that it can be used as an over-night mask, as my skin looks and feels much brighter and healthier when I wake up in a morning.
So much so, that I tend to not need to apply in a morning, if I have gone quite intensive with the cream overnight. I have quite enlarged pores and I find that when using this in a morning, it really smooths down my skin, and does in fact act like a primer as mentioned above and my foundation applies beautifully over the cream, without it slipping or sliding around during the day.
