Kiehl's Limited Edition Holiday Advent Calendar 2019 Contents + Review

Oooooh it's beauty advent calendar time already! How quick has this year gone?! My first beauty advent calendar post of the year is the Kiehl's Limited Edition Holiday Advent Calendar 2019, and if you follow me on Instagram @kathrynslovesx you may have seen me inbox this beauty.

The Kiehl's Limited Edition Holiday Advent Calendar 2019 follows on with the holiday collaboration with renowned artist Janine Rewell, who is a Helsinki-based artist whose work captures audiences everywhere from Greece to South Korea. Her limitless imagination and global appeal transition effortlessly into the exciting world of Kiehl's.

The star of the illustration show is Mr Bones, who is Kiehl's very own skeleton and if you have ever been to a Kiehl's store, I am sure you will have bumped into him at some point. This year's advent calendar opens up like a book, and has two little plastic carrying handles on the top of it. Once you open up this stunningly designed calendar, you will find Mr Bones popping up out of it to say hello.

There are 24 doors in this calendar, including some deluxe sample sizes, some full sizes and an extra treat. I think there is a great mixture of skincare, body care and hair care, and even though I am a huge fan of Kiehl's, there are even products in here that I haven't tried before. I love that there is a little pin in there, and that there is also a gift for your boyfriend, husband, dad or brother, with the Facial Fuel Moisture as I think that is super thoughtful. I think this calendar is great because as well as getting deluxe sample sizes and full sized products, you are getting the opportunity to try out products which you may not have tried before, without forking out a full RRP. I am going to Orlando next month, so these travel sizes are going to be perfect for me!
