Collection Cosmetics Bounce Back Eyeshadows Review + Swatches

Saturday 21 December 2019

I have seen a lot of 'bouncy' makeup products lately, Bare Minerals released some bouncy blushes, and I came across the Collection Cosmetics Bounce Back Eyeshadows in my local Superdrug. They were on a Buy One Get One Half Price offer and as Collection is such a budget-friendly brand, I picked up four of the six shades available to try out.
There are six shades available of the Collection Cosmetics Bounce Back Eyeshadows, as I just mentioned and they retail regularly at £2.99 each, and you get quite a big pan of product, so they are definitely great value compared to some other products on the market. I found the collection of shades really nice, and I would have bought all six had they had them in my local store, after looking online.
These are soft focus metallic eye colours, which give long lasting, crease-proof wear and the soft, cushiony formula is creamy, yet cool on the skin as soon as you apply them, which was quite a nice surprise for my tired eyes. They are pretty darn pigmented, and you can get full coverage from just one swipe.

The shades I opted for are;
Warm Heart 2 - A beautiful rust red metallic
Bronzed Up 3 - A very wearable metallic bronze, which looks especially lovely with blue eyes
Teal Teaser 5 - A unique rich teal metallic
Midnight Thrill 6 - A rich Cadbury's purple metallic
The other two shades are a soft baby pink metallic and a silver metallic, but I wanted to go for shades I might not normally have in other palettes, which was why I went for the red, blue and purple. I think bolder colours are often easier to wear when they have a metallic formula, and these will be gorgeous for upcoming festive parties.

You can find the Collection Cosmetics Bounce Back Eyeshadows in-store and online at Superdrug here.

All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx
