Garnier Moisture Bomb Night-Time Face Tissue Mask + Eye Tissue Mask Review

Tuesday 17 December 2019

At this time of year, when it is dark and cold, and usually raining outside, I like nothing better on an evening to apply a face mask. Not only do I find it comforting and relaxing, but with the colder weather, our skin can take a beating and we need to take extra care of it at this time of year. Garnier have recently released two additions to the Garnier Moisture Bomb Mask collection, and I was recently sent them to try out.
The Garnier Moisture Bomb Masks are super affordable, and we will start with the Garnier Moisture Bomb Night-Time Face Tissue Mask (£2.99), which is a super hydrating tissue mask which helps to repair the skin's barrier and soothe tired, dehydrated skin before bedtime. Key ingredients include Deep Sea Water and Hyaluronic Acid, which is renowned for not only adding moisture to the skin, but locking that moisture in too, as Hyaluronic Acid can hold up to 1000 times its own weight in water. I love to use this mask whilst I am in a nice hot bubble bath, after cleansing my skin so the product can work to the best of its ability. I leave the mask on for around 15-20 minutes, and then massage in the remaining serum to keep the treatment working throughout the night, to ensure I wake up with nourished, hydrated and protected skin. One mask can provide up to one week of hydration, and at under £3.00 a week, this is definitely an affordable mask option.
I am not a great sleeper, and I wake up every single morning with tired, puffy eyes, and some mornings even my trusty Liz Earle Eyebright doesn't do the job. The Garnier Moisture Bomb Night-Time Eye Tissue Mask (£2.99) is such an inventive and amazing product if you suffer similarly to me. Again, this mask is formulated to use before bedtime, and as I use the face mask in the bath, I like to take 15 minutes to lie on my bed and relax with this eye mask on. This eye mask has a cooling effect on the skin, so if you get a lot of puffiness around the eye area, then this is going to be great at decreasing that puffiness. It is a tissue mask and the formula is infused with deep sea water and natural hyaluronic acid, to not only give the skin moisturisation, but also to keep that moisture locked in, so that your peepers are on form throughout the day.
You can find the Garnier Moisture Bomb Night-Time Face Tissue Mask and Eye Tissue Mask in-store and online at Superdrug here.

All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx
