I usually always have my nails gel polished at the salon, but of course with recent events and procedures, I haven't been able to. So, I figured false nails were the next best thing! Elegant Touch have such a wide variety of styles, colours and finishes and their Spring collection is just stunning, so I wanted to share some of them with you.
Price-wise, Elegant Touch nails are very affordable, starting at around the £4.75 mark and going up to around £8.95 and all the styles I have here are priced at £6.99, which is much cheaper than going to the salon for gel polish or nail extensions.
Four out of the five varieties I have here are the classic stiletto shape and the other is a coffin shape. I love the pastel shades of Dusky Denim, Lush Lavender, Vintage Blossom and Peach Perfect, with that lovely bright red matte of Red Alert.
Each pack comes with 24 nails with ten sizes to choose from, and so they will fit the majority of nails. If a nail is slightly too wide, simply file it down gently with a nail file so that you get the perfect fit. Each pack also comes with a generously-sized tube of glue and full instructions, so if you are new to the world of false nails, you will find them a doddle.
I think during these times we are currently experiencing, that doing your nails, or putting some makeup on can really cheer you up a little, and we all need a bit of positivity at the moment. You can of course order these nails online, so you don't even have to leave the house. I am currently wearing Lush Lavender as it is such a pretty shade and they feel very comfortable to wear and I haven't had a single nail ping off!
You can find these beautiful Elegant Touch False Nails online at Superdrug here.
All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx
