Kathryn's Loves: I Heart Revolution Cookie Collection Review & Swatches

Last month saw the release of the I Heart Revolution Cookie Collection, comprising of seven new bath fizzers and four new eyeshadow palettes - all cookie themed of course! As we have come to expect with I Heart Revolution, these products are super fun and colourful and of course, excellent value.

The I Heart Revolution Cookie Bath Fizzers* retail for £3.50 each, which in itself, for such a good-sized bath fizzer, is excellent value. There are seven scents available - Bubblegum, Cranberry, Ginger, Oatmeal and Raisin, Red Velvet, Sugar Cookie and Tropical. They all smell divine and look like large cookies, so you could definitely get around three baths per fizzer. Each Fizzer comes packaged singularly, which also makes them a really lovely and affordable gift for someone, or even a gift for yourself. The Bubblegum Bath Fizzer is pink and white, and each fragrance has a different colour relating to their scent, which fills your bath water with glorious colour. You could even try mixing and matching the scents!

The I Heart Revolution Cookie Shadow Palettes* retail for £6.99 each and there are four colour options to choose from. Birthday Cake contains soft pinks and neutrals with a pop of lilac, Chocolate Chip holds neutrals, deep browns and olives, Red Velvet has reds, burgundies and warm browns and Triple Chocolate contains all the chocolate and caramel browns you could need. Each palette holds nine shadow shades, a large mirror on the inside of the compact and a fun, squishy cookie shape on the front of the lid. All four palettes contain a mixture of mattes and shimmers, and all include such a variety of shades that you can create multiple eye looks with them. Formula-wise, the shimmers are creamy and one-swipe situations and the mattes are pigmented and also slightly creamy, which makes them super easy to blend. The only thing that would make these even better would be if they actually smelt of the cookie they were named after! As with the Bath Fizzers, the Shadow Palettes also come individually packaged in cookie bag-type packaging ready to gift.
