I have used Temple Spa products for years, right back when they were only available via a Temple Spa party host, and their products have always been such a joy to use. Since then, they have such a wide collection of beautiful products and I have recently been trying out the Temple Spa Be Still Settling Moisturiser and the Temple Spa Quietude Chill Out & Sleep Well Mist.

I have recently had rather sensitive skin, which I am assuming is down to my ever changing hormones due to severe endometriosis. The Temple Spa Be Still Settling Moisturiser* (£38.00 for 50ml) is an extremely kind and gentle prebiotic moisturiser that is perfect for sensitive skin types like mine. The product comes in a pretty, yet simple bottle that has a push down applicator, which I often prefer over a pot. The texture feels like silk on the skin and it sinks into the skin immediately, leaving it instantly smooth and hydrated. Be Still is formulated with Vitamin A and Vitamin E plus Temple Spa's unique Calmaderm complex with Mediterranean botanicals of basil, aubergine, liquorice and apricot, along with the advanced skin science of a powerful prebiotic to provide the comfort which sensitive skin craves. Even though this is for sensitive skin types, there is still a light, natural scent to the moisturiser, which I prefer rather than unscented, as the fragrance reminds me of that spa-like cocoon. First thing in a morning, my skin tends to be quite aggravated and once I apply this, my skin is instantly calmer and feels so much more comfortable and hydrated. The formula isn't thick or heavy, and there is no greasy residue left behind after the product has sunk into the skin. After cleansing and toning, both morning and evening, I apply 1-2 pumps of this moisturiser across the whole face and neck, and then massage in circular, upwards motions. The Be Still Moisturiser is such a beautiful product to use and it has helped my sensitive, dry skin no end.

Keeping with the spa theme, I have been really enjoying using the Temple Spa Quietude Chill Out & Sleep Well Mist* (£25.00 for 100ml). If you read Kathryn's Loves often, you will know that I often really struggle with sleep and I find it so hard to switch off on a night, which worsened with the pandemic. Quietude is a calming and relaxing aromatherapy mist that you can use when you are finding it hard to wind down on an evening. This isn't just a pillow mist, it can be used on the body, spritzed around the room you are in, or you could even had a little to a diffuser. The formula is created using a blend of the most cocooning Mediterranean essential oils such as cedarwood, cypress, lavender, clove, vetiver, orange, patchouli, frankincense and chamomile, which is such a beautiful blend of essential oil ingredients. The product comes in a green glass bottle, so it is elegant enough to display on a shelf or easy access and the mist is fine so it isn't overly heavy. Most sleep or relaxing sprays often smell of purely lavender, which I don't actually mind as I love lavender, but Quietude takes it up ten notches as the mix of essential oils are just incredibly relaxing and joyful. As well as for yourself, I think this would make such a wonderful gift to someone you love who struggles with sleep or with relaxing, even new parents!

All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx

  1. In addition to simply feeling wonderful, massage also provides therapeutic benefits. It enhances immunity, stretches weak or tight muscles, increases joint flexibility, improves circulation, releases endorphins, lessens depression and anxiety, and relieves migraine pain. 출장안마 이용 안내
