As I have mentioned in previous blog posts, due to my endometriosis, I take different medications, some of which cause my hair to fall out quite noticeably and so I have recently been trying out some haircare products that are going to help my hair become stronger, with some of my favourites being from the Charles Worthington Grow Strong range.

The Charles Worthington Grow Strong Activating Shampoo* (£7.99 for 250ml) keeps the scalp in optimum condition to promote healthy hair growth whilst reducing breakage by 90%. It is a gentle but stimulating cleanser that is enriched with a blend of root activating pea sprout extract and protective nourishing proteins and I have found since using this along with the Conditioner, my hair has felt stronger and is therefore able to grow longer. Along with this I have been using the Charles Worthington Grow Strong Protein Conditioner* (£7.99 for 250ml) which helps to prevent breakage and build up protein levels for maximum hair growth and longer, stronger hair. The formula envelops each hair strand with a blend of strengthening proteins leaving the hair super healthy and therefore reducing hair loss and breakage by up to 90%. As with all conditioners, I like to leave mine in the hair for 5-10 minutes to really soak in the goodness and along with finding it relaxing, it really does help to keep the hair and scalp extra nourished without causing any irritation.

If like myself, you really suffer with lack of hair growth and lose hair, then I would definitely recommend incorporating a treatment such as the Charles Worthington Grow Strong Scalp Tonic* (£7.99 for 100ml). This is a treatment that you apply after washing and conditioning the hair as it is a leave-in product, and after each wash, you apply directly onto the scalp whilst the hair is still damp, using the handy nozzle to apply the Tonic in sections throughout and then massage into the scalp. This product calms and nourishes the scalp, improving the overall strength of the hair in order to maximise hair growth. The formula contains organic pea sprout extract to prolong the hair lifecycle and improve overall strength in as little as four weeks. I have naturally fine hair and sometimes products and treatments can feel heavy or sticky in my hair, but this feels ultra lightweight and looks invisible in the hair. This is such a quick and easy way to give your scalp and hair some extra care.

You can find the Charles Worthington Grow Strong range online at Boots here.

All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx
