As I have mentioned in previous blog posts, due to my endometriosis, I take different medications, some of which cause my hair to fall out quite noticeably and so I have recently been trying out some haircare products that are going to help my hair become stronger, with some of my favourites being from the Charles Worthington Grow Strong range.

It is a gentle but stimulating cleanser that is enriched with a blend of root activating pea sprout extract and protective nourishing proteins and I have found since using this along with the Conditioner, my hair has felt stronger and is therefore able to grow longer. Along with this I have been using the Charles Worthington Grow Strong Protein Conditioner* (£7.99 for 250ml) which helps to prevent breakage and build up protein levels for maximum hair growth and longer, stronger hair. The formula envelops each hair strand with a blend of strengthening proteins leaving the hair super healthy and therefore reducing hair loss and breakage by up to 90%. As with all conditioners, I like to leave mine in the hair for 5-10 minutes to really soak in the goodness and along with finding it relaxing, it really does help to keep the hair and scalp extra nourished without causing any irritation.
