I haven't tried a whole lot from Juvia's Place, for no real reason apart from I hadn't really seen it in shops previously, but whilst I was browsing in Superdrug they had a stand of a few bits and pieces. I really wanted the Concealer, but they didn't have my shade in stock and then I saw the Juvia's Place Glass Lip Gloss in the shade So Glazed, and it looked kinda fun so I decided to pick it up.
I am a little bit of a magpie when it comes to makeup - if it shimmers I am obsessed and need it. The shade So Glazed is kind of ethereal, and I think that is the best way to describe it. The Lip Gloss comes in a clear tube with a got pink and gold lid and a nice chunky slanted sponge applicator. It is pretty much, a clear gloss but with the most beautiful pink iridescent shimmer running throughout it and that transfers onto the lips, which I appreciate as some shimmer glosses don't really show up once applied.
The formula is quite thick, but not gloopy or sticky and is really comfortable to wear and even though it has that shimmer in it, you don't feel that gritty, glitter texture like with some glitter glosses. I once had one from Lime Crime and it was gorgeous but you could feel every piece of glitter so it wasn't nice to wear at all. I definitely can't wait to try more from Juvia's Place.
