YSL is another brand I haven't really purchased much from in the past year - I just haven't seen that many new releases. However, I do love trying out a new mascara so I have been putting the YSL Lash Clash Extreme Volume Mascara to the test...
The YSL Lash Clash Extreme Volume Mascara retails at £29.00 for 9ml, which is around average for a higher end mascara. The packaging is classic and stunning - a matte black tube with the YSL logo layered on top. The Mascara has a traditional bristle brush applicator, which most of the time I prefer over the plastic/rubber kind.
YSL state that their secret weapon is the double conical brush which manages to catch every single lash on the both the top and bottom lash line. Lash Clash has an innovative oil-in-water wax formula, combined with hyper-black pigments and smudge-resistant boosters with a thick, yet creamy formula that doesn't crumble throughout the day.
If you are wanting volume for your lashes, then this is the Mascara for you! I have naturally fine, short, straight and fair lashes, so it has to be a GREAT mascara to work well for me, yet this does, because it catches every single lash so I get excellent coverage and volume. The formula is enriched with Iris Florentina Extract which is sourced from YSL Beauty's Ourika Community Gardens, so not only does this Mascara make your lashes look amazing, it takes care of them too, which is especially useful for someone like me with fragile lashes.

All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx
