Body care brand O'Keeffe's very kindly sent me a Flip Flop Ready kit recently, and so I thought I would show you all how quick and easy it is to get your feet in tip-top condition this Summer in just three steps.
So, first of all, I use the O'Keeffe's For Healthy Feet Exfoliating Moisturising Foot Cream (£8.49 for 85ml), which has been formulated with a unique creation of moisturising ingredients which instantly improve dry and cracked skin. The cream itself has a fresh, minty scent to it, which is perfect for the feet, and texture-wise is a creamy-balm, which feels super luxurious on the skin. Due to the thickness of the balm, this protects the skin and keeps it moisturised for up to 48 hours. Some foot creams can be quite greasy, which can be a pain for putting shoes and sandals on afterwards, but this sinks into the skin straightaway without leaving a greasy residue behind. Just soft, smooth feet ready for those sandals and flip flops.
If your skin doesn't need as much exfoliation, then I would recommend using the O'Keeffe's For Healthy Feet Foot Cream (£8.49 for 85ml), which is a must-have for getting those cracked heels looking super smooth and flip flop ready. Just like with the Exfoliating version, this formula is pretty thick, but sinks into the skin perfectly and due to that thick consistency, a little goes a long way, and so you will get plenty of use out of this one tube. The thing I love most about O'Keeffe's products, is that as well as working longer-term, they also work instantly, and you can see and feel results immediately.
Step 2 would be to treat your nails. Grab a nail file - O'Keeffe's very kindly sent me this glass nail file, and I know from experience that glass nail files last pretty much forever and are much kinder to the nails than regular emery boards.
Finally, the third step is to apply a gorgeous nail polish. O'Keeffe's sent me the OPI Nail Lacquer in the shade No Room For The Blues, which is a summery ocean blue. I have used OPI nail polishes for years, and they truly are one of the best in the business so I was super grateful to O'Keeffe's for sending me this.
