Pixi + Rachh Loves The Layers Highlighting Palette Review + Swatches

I am a bit of a magpie when it comes to makeup, and adore anything shimmery and glittery, and so highlighters are one of my most favourite products to buy. I recently picked up the Pixi + Rachh Loves The Layers Highlighting Palette which I think is just beautiful.
I won't lie, I don't particularly know who Rachh Loves is, apart from the fact she is a beauty influencer, but when I saw the palette, I knew I had to have it. The palette include five highlighters, three smaller pans, and two large pans, all of which can be layered and mixed together, or used on their own.
The majority of shades are suitable for all skin tones, and with highlighters, especially palettes, I always say that even if a shade doesn't particularly work as a highlighter for you, you can always use it as a shimmery eyeshadow, and highlighters are often super pigmented so they make amazing eyeshadows.
The Layers Highlighting Palette comes in a cardboard-style palette that is a gorgeous shade of coral on the outside, and then opens up to reveal a mirror on the inside of the lid and more softer, traditional Pixi packaging colours. The shades included are;
Lace - Soft Peach
Zipper - Lilac
Knit - Bronze
Tee - Warm Champagne
Clutch - Lighter Champagne
The two most universally flattering shades are Tee and Clutch, which I am guessing is why they are the larger pans, with the other three being smaller. The formula is buttery soft, and feels like smooth velvet when using your fingers. You get amazing pigment from each dip into the pans, and I didn't need to keep building up the product, it gave me the look I wanted right away.

The Pixi + Rachh Loves The Layers Highlighting Palette costs £22.00, which I think is pretty good for such a variety and quantity of product and you can find it online at Pixi here.

All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx
