Testing Out: Vitage Renewal Skincare Plus 25% Off!

Saturday 9 November 2019

Vitage Skincare recently got in touch to see if I would like to try out some of their skincare, and as a brand which is new to me, I of course said yes, please, as I am always wanting to test out new beauty products and brands. They very kindly sent me three products, a Treatment Mask, a Daily Moisturiser and a Night Moisturiser. Let's take a closer look...
The Vitage Renewal line has three products, and so we will start with the Vitage Renewal Antioxidant Treatment Mask (£24.00 for 75ml). Our skin gets quite sensitive and dry at this time of year and so the Renewal line will be great replenish moisture back into the skin and strengthen the skin's protective barrier. The Antioxidant Treatment Mask is a gentle yet highly effective mask that instantly recharges tired skin and contains a superior combination of AHA and antioxidants. The mask itself is very creamy to the touch, and once applied to the skin, has a slight festive scent, and I really cannot figure out what it is, even when looking through the ingredients list. Anyhow, this Mask is suitable for all skin types, and you simply apply a thin layer to cleansed skin and leave on for around ten minutes. This deeply hydrating mask ensures the skin immediately feels firm, soothed and rejuvenated, and not only does the skin look and feel much better, it is also protected from environmental stressors going forwards.
I know some people can find skincare routines hard work, and opting for both a daily and evening moisturiser can be a little too much, but it really is the best way to optimise your skin, and have it looking and feeling its best. The Vitage Renewal Daily Moisturiser (£39.00 for 50ml) is a lightweight moisturiser, even though it looks and feels slightly richer at first, it soon melts into the skin and doesn't feel heavy at all. This moisturiser calms and soothes the skin by restoring the skin's natural moisture, providing barrier protection and defence against environmental stressors, which is especially wonderful for this colder time of year. Suitable for dry, combination and sensitive skin, this daily moisturiser has a lovely fresh scent to it, without being overpowering and I found this to be very fast-acting, hydrating my skin from the moment I applied it. Even if you don't want to do a two-product moisturiser routine, this is a great all-rounder moisturiser for all seasons.
If your skin needs a little extra boost, then the Vitage Renewal Night Recovery (£39.00 for 50ml) is the way to go. Night-time moisturisers tend to be more treatment-based than 'just' a moisturiser, as they are able to work deeper into the skin, whilst we are sleeping. The Vitage Renewal Night Recovery is a multi-action night cream which regenerates the skin whilst you are sleep. Just like with the Daily Moisturiser, the formula is very lightweight and sinks into the skin at first touch. The Night Recovery contains a combination of ingredients to enhance the texture of the skin, revitalise it and intensively hydrate it, so that you wake up to healthy looking and feeling skin. This treatment is suitable for all skin types, and has a similar scent to the Daily Moisturiser, again not too heavy, but pleasant enough. One extra thing that I did notice whilst using this is that when I woke up in a morning, not only was my skin perfectly nourished, but my pores also looked a lot more refined, which is something I struggle with quite a lot, and so I was super happy with that.
You can find the Vitage Renewal Collection online at Vitage here. I also have a 25% off discount code for you to use from which I will not earn a commission, which I do have to state. To get 25% off Vitage skincare, use the code KSKW19 on their website.

All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx
