99p Home Bargains Stocking Fillers

Sunday, 22 December 2019

You really cannot beat Home Bargains for amazing low-cost buys, especially at Christmas time. Even my small town has a store and I love having a wander around from time to time to see what bargains I can pick up. On a recent trip, I picked up five items or around the 99p mark, which will make great stocking fillers.
The first item I picked up is this super cute Totes Penguin Sock-in-a-Bag. They had men's, children's and ladies styles available and they have a retail price of £3.50, but they cost just 99p. Totes are a great brand, and so you know you are getting quality here. The socks come in a little sock pouch, complete with ribbon, and you could even use the pouch to keep your phone in afterwards.
I then chose the Sleigh Bells Hand Care Set, which again was around 99p (I cannot remember the exact price of all the items, but I tried to get things for 99p). This cute little duo containing a reindeer nail file and a Holly Jolly Christmas Hand Cream makes for a great table present or stocking filler and you can never have enough hand cream or nail files.
Baths are one of my favourite things, especially in winter, I love nothing more than taking a relaxing bath full of lovely smelling products. They can be pretty pricey though, especially at places like Lush. The Dreamer Unicorn Dust Bath Fizzers cost just 99p and comes in a resealable pouch and I just adore the glitter that is inside the bath dust. I think these kinds of packs are really good, because you get so many more uses from them compared to a bath bomb.
I am terrible at cleaning my makeup brushes, and I go through a lot of eye makeup brushes, so for just 99p, I picked up the Believe Small Make-Up Brush. This sweet lilac and pink chrome mermaid-inspired eyeshadow brush will give me a spare brush for when I am being lazy and not washing my makeup brushes. I think this makes a really nice gift too, especially for younger girls for whom you don't want to spend a fortune on makeup brushes for.
Finally I chose the Dreamer Mermaid Brush, which was slightly pricier at £1.49, but we still don't need to take out a loan to buy it. Little girls are going to love this pretty, glittery brush in the shape of a mermaid, and quite possibly older girls too. It is a great handbag size and looks so sweet on a little girl's dressing table.
You can find your local Home Bargains store online here.

All the Loves,
Kathryn xxx
