Revolution and its family of brands are forever releasing new products, and I am lucky enough to try so many of them. When I recently spotted the I Heart Revolution Toy Factory Teddy Bear Eyeshadow Palettes I knew I had to get them as they are just the cutest and Superdrug had a Buy One Get One Half Price offer on I Heart Revolution.
There are four bears to choose from, Jett, Rosie, Lulu and Honey. Each one has a different colour theme within it. Jett is a black bear and features smokey greys, nudes, greens and browns, with a mixture of matte, shimmer and metallic finishes. Rosie is a rose gold bear and she has a mixture of nudes, pinks, oranges and purples, again with matte, shimmer and metallic textures. Lulu is a bright pink bear and she has a rainbow of bright colours, but with a couple of more neutral tones too so that you can create a whole eye look. Finally, Honey is a gold bear and she has warm shades of oranges, reds, neutrals, browns and creams.
Each bear features a mirror and 19 eyeshadow shades. There is no doubt that due to the shape of the bears some of the shadows are pretty small and some are really quite big. However, who even uses a full pan of eyeshadow anyway, and you can still get an eyeshadow brush into each pan. I think these bears are super fun, whether it be for adults, or even teenagers and younger girls who are just starting to get into makeup.
As with other I Heart Revolution eyeshadows, the pigmentation is amazing, especially in the metallic shades - they got me so excited! I love metallic shadows as they are so easy and quick to use, and if you aren't someone who wants to create a full-cut-crease-kinda look, just one swipe of a metallic and off you go!
