Milani All-Inclusive Eye, Cheek & Face Palette Review & Swatches

Monday 22 March 2021

I first remember buying Milani makeup products in America many, many years ago and even though the brand has been brought over to the UK a couple of years ago, we get new releases much slower than the States do, and at a much higher price too! However, I wanted to try out the Milani All-Inclusive Eye, Cheek & Face Palette as I thought it such a neat, petite palette for when we are all allowed to travel again.

The Milani All-Inclusive Eye, Cheek & Face Palette is available in two different colour options - Light to Medium and Medium to Deep and in all honesty, I do think they could have brought out further options and done a Fair, Light, Medium, Deep and Dark palette, especially with other brands trying to be more inclusive and the palette's name suggesting they are being, when really there are only two colourways. The Palette retails in the UK for £20.00, compared to the US of £10.81 ($14.99), which is nearly a 100% markup. Hopefully I can get to Orlando at the end of the year and stock up on Milani there, as I really do love so many of their products.

However, price and colour options aside, this is a really lovely palette. As I mentioned, it is nice and neat and so it doesn't take up much room in your makeup bag or drawer and there is a mirror on the inside of the lid. Inside, you find four larger pans containing a highlighter, bronzer, and two blush products and three smaller sized pans containing eyeshadows.

The shimmer products (highlight, one blush and one eyeshadow) have a beautiful, soft and creamy formula and they give an amazing almost metallic finish once applied to the skin, well the eyeshadow in particular does. The other two blend into the skin beautifully to add a radiance to the skin along with a healthy pop of colour. The Bronzer is slightly too warm for me at the moment (I have fair to light skin) but I am sure it will be fine come Summer when I have a little bit of a tan.

Both blush shades are gorgeous and they work really well with my skin tone, as well as blending into the skin nicely too. When it comes to the eyeshadows, the matte formula isn't my favourite, as it takes a lot of building up and it isn't all that pigmented, but as I mentioned, the shimmer shadow is just gorgeous and looks so pretty on the eyes. Overall, I think this is a good palette with many uses, but knowing I could have got it for half the price in America, it leaves you feeling a little bittersweet.

You can find the Milani All-Inclusive Eye, Cheek & Face Palette online at Milani.

All the Loves,
