Kathryn's Loves: Trying Out Dr Lipp 100% Natural Products

So many beauty brands are now making more of a conscious effort to include more natural ingredients, but Dr Lipp have always used 100% natural ingredients within their products. I was recently, very kindly sent some of their lip and multi-use products to try out, and here are my thoughts...

Starting with their cult product, the Dr Lipp Original Nipple Balm* (£12.00 for 15ml), don't let the name fool you, because this can be used anywhere! It comes in a handy-sized squeezy tube and has a thick, ultra long-lasting formula that provides hydration instantly. This luxurious formula will rebalance, hydrate, nourish, soothe, plump and help heal all types of dry, sore, cracked, itchy or sensitive skin wherever you apply it. It is flavour and fragrance free so it is suitable for those who have sensitive skin types, and as well as a balm for the skin, it can also be used to smooth flyaway hair, on the cuticles, to tame the brows, to prime the lips for lip colour, and so many more uses, this really is a wonderous multi-use product that you need in your life.

Moving on to the products that have a more precise applicator, the Dr Lipp CBD Calm Balm* (£10.99 for 8ml) is again made from just two products that are both 100% natural ingredients and is flavour and fragrance free. If you suffer from extra, extra dry and chapped lip or bits, this multi-use CBD Calm Balm will hydrate the skin using its medical grade Lanolin and 50MG Broad Spectrum CBD Oil with 0.01% THC. It does look like it has a slight colour to it, but this dries down clear and its rich and long-lasting formula will instantly help ease inflammation and extra dry chapped skin, but also will continue to do so throughout the day. A little goes a long way with this product and so even though it looks small, it is definitely mighty!

If you like your balm with a bit of a tint, then be sure to check out the Dr Lipp Tints for Cheeks, Lips & Eyelids* (£6.99 for 8ml or £18.00 for all three). These are available in three different shades - Elderberry Tint, Red Radish Tint and Sweet Potato Tint. These 100% natural, flavour and fragrance free tinted balms are coloured with superfoods that are naturally rich in pigment and in natural antioxidants. They add a beautiful flush of colour to the lips, cheeks or eyelids as well as having that amazingly nourishing formula that Dr Lipp are famous for, to keep the lips hydrated throughout the day, helping them to look and feel so much smoother and healthier, and pretty too with that pop of colour. Elderberry gives a rich burgundy colour, Red Radish gives a pop of red and Sweet Potato is more of a magenta pink.
