I love trying out beauty boxes as you get to discover some hidden gems, and today's post is all about the Naturisimo Ready For Summer Discovery Beauty Box, which retails at just £22.00 and is worth £96.00, including some full sizes and some deluxe sizes.
The Naturisimo Ready For Summer Discovery Beauty Box features a line-up of ten summer beauty staples to get you pampered, prepped and glowing ready for Summer. First in the box is the InnerSense I Create Waves (59.15ml RRP £12.00), a Pink Himalayan Salt spray to add texture to the hair and enhance waves. Rich in minerals and amethyst crystal, this unique spray adds texture and volume whilst Aloe Vera provides moisture to prevent dryness which can occur with some salt sprays. Suitable for all hair types.
Next up is the Kiki Health Activated Charcoal Powder (20g worth around £3.50), which is produced from Coconuts which have been highly purified with steam for use as a food-grade active ingredients. Activated Charcoal can reduce flatulence after eating, provides natural relief, is odourless and can also be used as a natural teeth whitener. I will probably pass this on to someone else as I have a stoma so it isn't much use to me.
You then receive a super handy sized Green People Scent Free Sun Cream SPF 30 (30ml RRP £8.00). This is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin and those prone to prickly heat. The formula is water repellent but non pore-clogging, allowing your skin to breathe and is rich in antioxidants to protect delicate skin. I love travel-sized sun creams as they are perfect for on the go.
Next is a full size of the Jason Apricot Scrubble Face Wash (113g RRP £6.49), a naturally gentle, soap-free foaming scrub that polishes away impurities, oil and makeup for a clean, comfortable feel. Brightening Apricot Oil and triple refined Walnut Powder gently wash away dead skin cells, revealing a smooth, glowing complexion. It is mild enough to use everyday and is a gentle way to wake up your skin with no pore-clogging residue.
If you enjoy natural deodorants, then you will surely love trying out The Natural Deodorant Co Orange & Bergamot Mini (10g RRP £4.00). This is a light, fast-absorbing balm for on-the-go application. It is perfect for the gym, holidays and extra busy days. This is from their Active range, designed for demanding days when you need your deodorant to go the extra mile. It has a naturally powerful formula and I love the Orange and Bergamot scent to it.
One of my favourite selfcare brands is Neom Organics, so I was thrilled to see the Neom Organics Perfect Night's Sleep Hand Balm (30ml RRP £10.00) inside the box. This is a relaxing experience in the palm of your hand. Nourishing with rich Cocoa Butter, softening with skin-loving Shea Butter, which has been expertly blended, aiming to help you relax and prepare for sleep. Key ingredients include Lavender, Chamomile, Patchouli and 11 other essential oils.
My one bugbear with beauty boxes of any kind, is when they include a shampoo or a conditioner without its counterpart. In the box you receive the John Masters Organics Shampoo For Normal Hair (60ml RRP £7.00), and I will probably give this to my Dad as he is not fussy about using both shampoo and conditioner. It does sound heavenly, however, with a blend of French Lavender and Rosemary Oil, offering naturally powerful results that soothe and hydrate tired, lacklustre hair.
We then have the 100% Pure Vitamin C Boost (10g RRP £26.50), a water-activated powder treatment that offers a potent dose of stable Vitamin C, designed to dramatically increase luminosity, while lessening the appearance of dark spot. The pH balanced formula promotes a brighter complexion, while supporting collagen and elastin production for firm, supple skin. Key ingredients include Vitamin C to brighten, boost collagen and elastin production and Hyaluronic Acid to improve skin hydration and encourage collagen production.
I have wanted to try the brand Kjaer Weiss for quite some time, so I was excited to see the Kjaer Weiss Cream Glow in Radiance (1,2ml worth around £12-14.00). This is a cream formula highlighter with a smooth, silky texture that adds a lit from within glow. You can use it to enhance and accentuate the cheek bones, nose or brow line or it can either be used as a cream eyeshadow. It is such a beautiful and delicate highlighter that I am considering buying the full size!
A brand I haven't tried before is Alima Cosmetics and the final product in the box is the Alima Pure Natural Definition Pencil (Full Size RRP £21.00) in the shade Coffee. I love the fact that you get a brown eyeliner, as I tend to prefer brown to black and normally in beauty boxes you often get a black eyeliner. The formula is filled with soothing natural oils, waxes and Chamomile extract to protect the delicate eye area and it glides on smoothly, blends beautifully and lasts all day.
